« Such a beautiful caravan. We went at Easter 2026 and there were beautiful Easter touches bunnies etc throughout the caravan. Chocolates and Proscecco were a lovely touch. Checking in process was seamless and they provided so much helpful information. Would recommend and will definitely be back for another stay. Dog friendly too, my dogs loved the warm cozy throws provided and enclosed gated decking area »

Had a small issue so we called Jonny who answered on the 2nd ring, talked us through the solution, and then gave us some tips on things to do. Great service. « Kristina has thought of everything! There are so many nice little details and every amenity you could think of. Plenty of hot water and logs for the fire pit. It's a unique stay to be surrounded by sheep and lambs in a picturesque location. We were even given the opportunity to feed the lambs ourselves! »

« Excellent listing very accurate . Great location right on the sea wall with great views of the sweeping beaches . Very nice apartment and well appointed. The kettle could do with a descale but everything else was fabulous and that they allow a dog. « The novelty of staying in a 400 year old property, in an incredible location, right in the middle of Rye, made this the perfect place for a long weekend. Everything needed was right out the front door - museums, castle, pubs, and cafes. The actual house was well laid out with decent furnishings and clean towels, and linens. « 4 night stay April 2026 (Sunday to Thursday) - accommodation very clean, comfortable and modern, hosts very welcoming - location peaceful (a few sheep and horses over the fence at the bottom of the garden, but no noise) and nice dark skies (I saw a few Lyrid meteors during my stay!). Great kitchen facilities (so you can easily self-cater if you want) and excellent shower, better accommodation than a hotel if visiting the area IMHO. « We came for our 10 year anniversary and It was the best staycation I’ve ever had. So natural, peaceful, enjoyable and a real break from reality. We had the best time and the little details are so thought out even down to all the info you’re sent before your stay that you can save as an app to your phone. The lambs are the cutest especially when they get zoomies of an evening. Bed was super comfy. The food boxes are lovely too. 10/10 and will be returning »
