One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in recently. They honor the VIP access and provide an upgrade. Room was incredibly specious, Clean, Modern and beautifully designed. Breakfast was rich and tasty. The hotel is walking distance to the city center. Highly recommend.

Excellent Spa Complex with Friendly Staff
I've had a great experience staying here. They treat the Hotels.com VIP program seriously and have upgraded me within without my asking. The room decor is supermodern though at a slight expense to practicality. I would also recommend their restaurant. It's inexpensive and the food is decent.

Nice place, but not for me.
I went with my special lady friend for a romantic b-day weekend. It is a bit hard to be romantic when the lights are as bright as they are at this hotel. It was either stadium lighting or completely black. I can't comment on the spa because we didn't use it, but it looked nice. The pool is very large, but unfortunately they only have a lap pool. I had the impression it would be a regular hotel pool. I was wrong. Since I was not interested in swimming laps I did not get in. I was quite happy with the breakfast. The coffee was good, there was lots of fresh fruit, and of course eggs and some remains of dead animals. Quite tasty. I didn't have many interactions with the staff, but when I did speak to them or ask for help they were very capable and polite. I doubt I will stay here again because a) I won't use the sauna or pool b) the light situation in the room is beyond annoying

No ironing board available in the room. In order to fix a wrinkled shirt; one needs to call the room service, give them the shirt and wait 25 minutes for it to come back. While the price and the promptness is amazing, it is much less convenient than having the option of ironing your own clothes in your room! On the other hand, the reception staff are very nice. The room cleanses is impressive. The breakfast is Ok. The swimming pool is amazing!

Excellent location with easy walking distance to center city. In a quiet neighborhood. Good sized rooms with modern fittings. Restaurant is both very good and reasonably priced. Get the breakfast! The real winner is the excellent spa, gym (large!) and pool.

Christmas in Lviv
I spent the Christmas holidays at this hotel, and was invited...with all the other guests....to a special Christmas dinner. Without charge! It was a typical Ucranian Christmas Eve meal, filled with delicious, symbolic dishes. I loved it!

Not worth the money.... Spa was closed when we stayed... no one to help with luggage... Towels were used up with holes in them. I wouldnt stay here again. Breakfast was terrible.

Contemporary and Comfortable
The hotel is wonderful. The bedding and rooms are very comfortable, the overall atmosphere is very relaxing, and their spa is great. The location is also very ideal. You are walking distance to everywhere. If you're looking for an upscale and professional experience, without having to pay extreme amounts of money, this is your place. I would definitely book at this property again, and would even consider to stay for a week of vacation. Yes, it was that nice.

Hotel is slightly out of the centre of town but within easy walking distance (15 minutes on foot) The room I stayed in was very nice and on two levels - it was, however, rather warm Breakfast is perfectly adequate in a somewhat soulless dining room but overall, I was quite pleased with the price and quality

Nice place to stay in Lviv
Very good hotel just 10-12 walking minutes from the city center, a bit pricey though. Clean and quiet. The restaurant inside was also nice and clean, and the food was really delicious.

Stay here but Deluxe room only, not Standard room
I stupidly chose the Standard room (not the Deluxe) and when I arrived in the evening, there was no one no help me with my luggage. I had to drag luggage up a few stairs (there was also a ramp) to where the Standard rooms were, and they are vastly inferior to the Deluxe rooms. I moved into a Deluxe room the next day and the front desk was very accommodating in making this move. I will explain the difference between the first two categories of rooms and the Deluxe and post 4 pix of the room in which I stayed the first night. The standard room is smaller (as can be expected) but the mattress is about 5 inches less than mattress in Deluxe rooms. Most hotel beds in Ukraine have top mattress on a wooden platform, with no box spring. In the Standard room, I couldn't even sleep on this mattress. When they moved me to the Deluxe room, the mattress was thicker and I could sleep. Also in the Deluxe room, there are curtains you can draw to block out the light. In the Standard rooms, there are windows only on ceiling light skylights. One was permanently covered, the other had no shade. In Standard room, the ceilings are slanted, it is like staying in a garret. This is why I moved into the Deluxe room for not that much more money. The LH is near the center of town and has a good breakfast.

I enjoyed my stay at the LH Hotel from May 31 - June 16 2017. Rooms are nice and clean.The staff is excellent.Very friendly, especially the ladies at the front desk.The food is good. The one drawback is they need satellite television.The channels are limited.The only 2 channels in English were Fashion, and Euronews.The location is very central to Old Lviv, the Opera House etc. The hotel is connected to a Fitness facility.It has everything in there, from a swimming pool, to sauna's, spa, all the machines.I had 2 massages.They were excellent!! I would definitely stay at the LH Hotel again. I would recommend it. Big hello to Administrator Olha, Yana, Yulia Z. Yulia, also Wolodymyr,Taras, and Irina in the restaurant.They are all very friendly and helpful.Keep up the good work!!!

It was perfect. The only problem I had was the skylights were covered with snow so the room was a little too dark after breakfast in the morning. I like to read and it was a little dark for reading.

Nice and well maintained place. 20-25 min away from all the attractions which will cost you $2-3 by taxi - strongly recommend to get the taxi through the Hotel Receptionist. ) Great and affordable SPA facility with Rome, Russian and Finland saunas and cold and hot water pools. You will love that experience which is included to your Hotel package as well as the breakfast.
