Please note that we are located in a "listed" historical building, and even though we have renovated the entire property throughout to the highest modern standards, we were not unfortunately allow to build a lift. But the booking system allows you to leave a note to the booking, so next time, please indicate this in your booking and we will choose the room on the lowest floor. About cleanliness, we can assure you that we have quality control procedures in place that would never allow to clean not good. But in case you had some dissatisfaction you should have contacted reception about this, so that we can be sure that the problem exists to investigate and solve it immediately.
