"The staff are friendly but need more confidence/ability to use English. If you have a Filipino in your group they will use Tagalog all the time. You can arrange your airport transfer and any tours with the staff, they are helpful with that. They know the town of Coron, and local area well. Every stay makes me feel welcomed and at home. From housekeeping to the gym staff to the front desk, everyone is genuinely warm and attentive. What always stands out to me is the hospitality—the warmth and comfort I feel from the moment I arrive. I always enjoy my stays here with my mom, and each visit reminds me why we keep coming back. The rooms are wonderful, the location is unbeatable, and the staff truly make every stay memorable. I’m already looking forward to returning again next year."
