« Booked this hotel partly because of free parking in the property. But the following day, we wernt allowed to park because they said, the spots are reserved for the celebrities without letting us know before hand. I guess if you are not a celebrity, you are nothing to them. Not coming back to this place ever again. »

« I wasn’t sure how to organize this, so I’ll just share my experience.
The apartment itself was great very clean and noticeably cold, which I personally loved since it made sleeping really comfortable. There are plenty of beds and bathrooms, so it’s a good option for larger groups.
The view is decent, and the pool is very nice. Just a quick tip: don’t hang your clothes on the balcony, as it’s not allowed (learned that the fun way 😄).

« We had a lot of 2 large luggage and 4 carry ons when we arrived at the front, but there was no help until we stepped inside the building. The security and guest associate just looked at as and at least opened the glass doors. My mother is elderly also she struggles to walk on her own, so my priority was her safety.
Everything else is great, perhaps a bit of critical thinking from the staff wouldve made this review a 5 star. »
