We had 6 couples in our group and traveled from the states and Canada to Luzern, Geneva. We stayed at the Schweizerhof in Luzern for the first 3 nights. The rooms were wonderful, the food was excellent and the service was impeccable! These folks really care what you think. My husband and i both enjoyed staying in this hotel.

It was a gorgeous hotel in a very beautiful setting. Very convenient location with a short boat ride to the scenic town of Brienz. Incredible view and hikes around the waterfall. The breakfast was exceptional.

Staff were amazing

Would highly recommend this hotel. Great location and access to public transit.

Lovely hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. Beautiful breakfast with lots of delicious choices. Rooms are very clean. Bed and pillows were so comfortable and provided us with a great nights sleep. Short walk to the train station, ferry station and major sites. Lots of restaurant choices and shopping close by. We would absolutely love to stay there again

Very nice hotel right on the lake. Easy access to downtown Zurich by boat or train both of which are right by the property. Rooms are updated but small compared to American hotel rooms and no air conditioning.

This hotel was excellent! We stayed two nights and had an amazing experience. The staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. The hotel is in the heart of old town Zurich, which make it a great base of operations for exploring the city.
