« Property was ideal size and location was good. Under the impression i was able to park in the land next to the property but was told off by another resident. Was advised by owner there is on road parking- should have read this properly! Apartment smelt of cigarettes and cannot take smell out from clothes. Shower had mould around grouting of tiles and needs bringing up-to date. Mattress - springs broken and had a dip did not sleep much. Extractor needs a good clean can see grease on top. Need...

« We never got the opportunity to stay in this home…the host cancelled our booking at 17:30 on the day we were due to move in. No communication, we had to chase him for a few hours. Finally at 5pm he rang to say he was on his way to meet us and then half hour later he called to say that he was cancelling our booking due to a water leak… but we didn’t believe what he was telling us. We then had to find alternative accommodation for the rest of the week. Terrible experience from start to finish! »

No assistance to find another place! We had just arrived in the U.K. from Canada for a 10 day visit and at 8:00 am find out we have no place to go! « No communication about how to get in until I asked so we were stuck outside for half an hour. It was freezing when we got in. Put the heating on straight away and it took about 5 hours to warm up as many of the windows need replacing and two of them are so broken they won't shut. The whole place has a cheap feel, bad bedding, not enough pillows, fridge noisy. I'm glad we only had one night booked. It was fairly clean. Lots of things offered on the website didn't exist, like printer or internet...

"L hotel a clairement un problème de gestion. La 1ère chambre, pas d'eau chaude pour ma la douche. 2eme chambre attribuée était déjà occupée, ils ont fini par nous upgrader dans une executive room mais sans nettoyage... quelle fut pas nôtre surprise de rentrer et de voir que la chambre n'était pas faite..."
