Very comfortable bed. Staff was friendly and helpful. Get the breakfast included option. It’s a classic English breakfast buffet with the chef right there to make your eggs just as you like. Room was big (triple). Short walk to the train station.

A lovely, rare, family run hotel. Gorgeous grounds, amazing breakfast, incredible staff. And VERY reasonable! The only niggle was the bed which was far too soft for our taste.
Need token these dedicated independent places in business. Well done!

When is the best time to go to Luton?
The best time to visit Luton is generally from late spring to early autumn, specifically May to September, when the weather is mildest and most conducive for outdoor activities.
During these months, you'll find the most pleasant conditions for exploring the local attractions like Wardown Park and its museum, or enjoying a stroll around the town centre. The longer daylight hours also make it easier to plan day trips to nearby areas.
For those planning to attend outdoor events or festivals, checking the local events calendar for July and August is a good idea, as these months often host community gatherings and performances. However, this is also peak season, so expect slightly higher prices for accommodation and more people about.
If you prefer to avoid the busiest periods while still enjoying decent weather, May, June, and September offer a good balance.
