« It was a great stay! Great nightly rates; the rooms were quiet and clean with screens on some of the windows, with a personal desk available for work purposes. There was a small kitchen where one could prepare their own meals during the day or night. The owner, this Russian woman, was very nice and nothing less that helpful and warm. « Apparemment cet hotel ne travaille plus avec Hotel.com. J’ai du attendre 30 min à la réception pour qu’on retrouve ma réservation sans succès. Après avoir montré toutes les preuves que j’avais réservé et payé par carte on ne me croyais toujours pas. « Slight mix up with the booking of my room but it was sorted by very friendly and accommodating staff. Hotel is located outside the city core but metro station is 5 mins walk away, bus stop is 2 mins away and the city centre is walkable within 20 mins. Neighbourhood is quiet at night and a 24 hour supermarket is 2 mins walk away if you need anything. Room was cleaned to a high standard and I didn’t notice anything which gave me pause. Great value for money and a comfortable stay »

« The Staff! Out all the 64 countries I’ve visited and all the hotels, this place had the kindest, most helpful, down to earth staff I’ve ever had the pleasure to meet. I honestly considered them friends when I left. One even did a portrait of my cat! The Breakfast! This was carefully curated and better than most 5 star hotels could do. « La chambre 304 est tellement bruyante ( à cause d'un système à l'extérieur contre le mur) qu'il est impossible de dormir. ( cela résonne dans la chambre et sur les mur) Je suis arrivé hier, j'ai prévenu la réception, et la dame ( gentille ) m'a indiqué que le bruit aller s'arrêter le soir, ce qui n'est pas arrivé. Je suis revenu les voir aujourd'hui à 15 heures pour demander si une autre chambre était disponible ( chambre disponible sur Hotel.com) et la réception m'a indiqué que l'hôtel était...
