"This was a very bizzare property. It’s NOT a hotel. It’s a 3 Bedroom apartment with locking bedroom doors. There is a common living room and common kitchen. The property is run from an office in Italy and they don’t do well with English. The wi-fi was terrible and the beds were awful. The property location is NOT correct on the Hotels.com app. We ended up going to the wrong area then having to call another car to get to the actual location. "We are at several restaurants including the morning breakfast. Food was great and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Mikal and Sunil were so good. Rooms were cleaned daily. Nice balcony/patio view of the bay and other properties. Room upgrade wasn’t available when we checked in but the next day the manager was very nice and showed us a very good upgraded room. We declined the offer because it would involve repacking but we truly appreciated the gesture. Thanks for letting us have a great stay and enjoy Malta."

"We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The pool area was amazing, with a really relaxed atmosphere and plenty of space to enjoy the sunshine. The restaurant options were excellent, with great food and plenty of choice throughout our stay. The location was also perfect ideally placed for heading down to the beach and exploring the local area. Overall, a fantastic hotel in a prime spot, and we would definitely recommend it."

"The property is old and needs renovation , it’s ideally located for visiting Valletta but not for people who have issues climbing stairs as there are lots outside . For a 5 star property the check in was not good as we were not informed of the free shuttle they provide nor the sauna , steam room costs which we found out later that the indoor pool is free but the spa is run privately and change 15 euros to use the sauna unless your having a spa treatment ."

"We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, especially with the beautiful waterfront view from the balcony. It was wonderful to sit outside and enjoy the scenery. The room was comfortable, clean, and served its purpose well. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with any questions we had. The hotel offered free Wi-Fi, which was appreciated, but it was a bit annoying that we had to log in again every time our phone locked or disconnected. It wasn't a major issue, but it could definitely be more convenient. The only downside was the complimentary breakfast. After trying it on the first day, we decided not to use it again as the quality was disappointing. The hotel is conveniently located near the ferry terminal, making it easy to visit Valetta and other nearby destinations. It was also a short and inexpensive Uber ride to other cities and attractions in the area. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel for its excellent location, beautiful views, convenient access to transportation, and outstanding staff."

"Great hotel and setting is amazing but attention to details with guest services needs work , we had 2 rooms , one of the rooms air con wasn’t working properly and smelt bad I raised this twice with them but nothing was done , also on the day of check out we received a letter under our door welcoming us to the hotel and mentioning that we can claim a free bottle of house wine during our stay , but only receiving this letter on the morning of check out meant we couldn’t use the offer , I asked to remove another drink from the bill but they were unable to do so , they offered the wine to take away but not something I could have done as was literally about to leave for the airport . Food was great , restaurant staff were great and friendly it’s just the little things that spoilt it a little , otherwise rating would have been higher"
