太棒了

我是9/2入住的客人，雖然運氣不好碰上颱風，中午有說明可能會晚點到，老闆跟老闆娘晚上10點還在櫃檯等候，讓我備受感動。 環境很乾淨整潔，是真的一塵不染，我是會打噴嚏的人，發現桌面、床頭櫃、冰箱上方容易積灰塵的平面都沒有一點灰塵，讓我倍感驚喜！ 老闆跟老闆娘都很親切，早餐也是老闆買好幫我們送上來，整體入住感受值得我給最高分😄

住宿空間打掃的很乾淨、夜晚也很安靜；但既然是親子房，浴室沒有任何防滑或是幼兒洗澡的設備，且已經是要渡假、放鬆，還要自己提著行李爬4層樓梯🙄真的會降低渡假滿意度。

可能是住最高樓層，坪數又大，冷氣不夠冷，房間內沒有熱水，要去樓下拿，但房間裡，浴室，樓梯間真的很乾淨，早餐也不錯哦

房間寛敞,服務有待改進

房間乾淨寛昶.建議可以放一個梳妝台.方便女性遊客使用..老闆笑容可鞠.雖然電視出了點狀況,我覺也沒關係的~~但不好的是一到民宿check in,接觸的是老闆娘,感覺很冷陌,在那邊碎念我是什麼網轉什麼網我的訂單比較特別..我聽不懂也覺不重要,我就是在hotels訂的啊~也刷卡付清了... 進房後也沒什麼介紹或招呼,主動問了早餐在哪吃,老闆娘不是很高興的說是簡單早餐簡單早餐.因為你們是特價,所以是簡單早餐...我們一家感覺不太舒服,我會訂訂房網就是找自己可接受的住宿..有多特我不知道,這是民宿業者與訂房網的協訂吧..關我什麼事.如果不想提供早餐,可以標示無早餐,這樣我就不會訂房..隔天的早餐是冷的..飲料也是冷的.這是我住過全台的大大小小民宿.最差的早餐,因為業者連飲料拿去冰一下.客人來再拿出來也不願意做......我可以接受簡單早餐.可以接受清粥小菜或簡單自己烤土司..但這樣提早買好現成.放到冷掉軟掉的....真的感覺不太好.... 我出遊都會比價比質,其實跟附近的民宿比,我訂的房價並沒有低到哪裏去,.但這樣的早餐品質與服務很不友善.. 待客服務是有很大改進的空間
