« It is the most amazing hotel I’ve ever been in my life. It is beautiful, spectacular, everything from the desk to the pool will let you breathless. The only negative point is they don’t seem to take care about the recuperation. But I don’t think there is such of thing in Vietnam. C’est l’hôtel le plus spectaculaire où j’ai eu la chance de séjourner. Tout ce que vous y verrai vous laissera sans voix. De l’entrée à la piscine, tout est fait avec goût et originalité. La seule chose à déplorer...

« Hôtel au coeur de Sapa à côté de l'église. L'hôtel est récent mais ne dispose pas d'ascenseurs ce qui n'est pas pratique lorsqu'on a une valise de 20kg à monter au 3ème étage. La chambre familiale avec deux chambres et spacieuses mais n'a pas de fenêtres ce qui est très désagréable. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux est de qualité. »

« Je suis allée avec mon copain au mois de Juin. Nous avons adoré l’hôtel et surtout ses hôtes! Ils étaient au petit soins lors du déjeuner et prêts à répondre à nos questions. Un soir, lorsque nous sommes revenus après notre journée, l’hôte et sa famille étaient en train de souper et ils nous ont offert du happy water et des rouleaux impériaux. ( ils étaient absolument délicieux )!! + : Grande chambre, propre, vue sur la ville, l’air climatisée fonctionne bien, la distance du centre ville est...

« This hotel was so nice! We loved the view and the room was spacious and very pretty. We especially loved the adorable pretend fireplace. The beds were so soft and comfy and it felt like sleeping on a cloud in a cloud (it is a really, really soft bed so if you need it firm be informed). The staff was so helpful and kind and super nice! They were so attentive! The included breakfast was ok, but the cafe downstairs is great for drinks and for hanging out if it’s rainy. »

"We booked for 3 nights and we left after the first night. The room was horrible. Moisture, bugs, broken bed, and during the night the air conditionning start to flow near my son bed on the floor. For breakfast, some portable stove was broken. Food i side but no glass to keep the food hot. Everything is broken and dirty in this hotel. The only positive point is the owner and staff are really gentle."
