« This condo has the perfect location. Walkable to bars, restaurants, coffee shop, music under the bridge, The Eagle Center and the walking path along Mississippi River. « This is a beautiful property overlooking the water. New construction so everything is updated nicely. Pictures are as shown, beautiful view of Pepin, rooftop area very nice but the units deck was also wonderful! Only suggestions are very minor: not much for confidence supplies if you cook a lot—tin foil, plastic wrap, general spices. And the shower head doesn’t have any adjustments, it is very fine and strong spray, a bit harsh on areas like your face. Overall loved our stay! Would definitely...

« The host was great. Very clear instructions and quick replies when I had questions. The condo itself is super clean and nicely decorated. The location is also great. It's right in the heart of downtown and is walkable to multiple shops and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this place. »

« Came to be with my old MK nursing roommate we graduated 1965 that’s 60 years this year. She was just diagnosed with inoperative cancer and is in hospice. I watched over her during the night and came back and rested in the condo so well during the day. My husband, Dr Arnie Jostock was from rural Lake City so I know the town well.
