"Staff needs to be more customer friendly, and greet customers with a positive attitude. We know this isn’t a Hilton or Marriott but please try to be more friendly with your customers. The hotel itself is nice and we’ve stayed at this Burlington location 4-5 times. Would like to come back. "

Only thing was the porch light was so bright it leaked into the room even after closing the curtains (from the side of the curtains) "
