Villa Adriatic - Private Historic Stone House On The Sea

Located on the Adriatic sea, Villa Adriatic has unobstructed view of the Adriatic Sea and small islands in front. It is approached from the access road that runs along the seafront. Guests enter thru a garden entrance up some stairs and onto a common terrace area. Villa consists of 2 spacious bedrooms with en-suite shower bathrooms. To the side of this historic house is a private spacious terrace for guests use only. A summer kitchen and lounge is located to the rear of this terrace in a separate building - which offers guests a very pleasant area with sea views. Cafes and restaurants are within easy walking distance, as are vineyards & wineries for tasting excellent local wine- Grk and Mali Plavac, and several sand beaches. Visit historic town of Korcula - 5 km. away, take a day trip to the old city of Dubrovnik, Split or national park Mljet.

Spectacular Property Beautiful Location
The location is great and the property is amazing, right on the water--one of the best views of any property we've been too. Our host was extremely nice and very helpful with local recommendations on what to do and where to go around Lumbarda and Korcula. You will wish you had stayed here longer.

Villa Adriatic
This was a wonderful property - beautiful, spacious and spotlessly clean - in the most fantastic location just a few metres from the sea, with amazing views across the water, and within a very short walk of top quality restaurants. Nina was wonderfully helpful and communicative, and the whole booking and checking in process couldn't have run more smoothly. We would definitely recommend this beautiful property and its helpful owner.

Spent 10 days in this beautiful location,the view from the terrace was fantastic.
Amazing location right by the little sandy beach which we snorkelled and swam from every day.The water taxi to Korcula town also went from outside the villa.The property worked well for us as 3 couples but might not suit a family with children as the 3rd bedroom was accessed from outside. The villa was generally well equipment but needed a few things fixed. The 3rd bedroom didn’t have a/c ,toilet needed mending etc..,this didn’t distract from a great holiday.The only thing we would have really liked were some sunloungers on the terrace to sit read and take in the view.

Quaint Stone House with Gorgeous Views
Stone house property was charming, clean and well-stocked. Hosts are welcoming and helpful with tips on the area. Lumbarda is a quieter town for soaking up the sun and relaxing. Rent a boat and tour the local islands. Thank you to our hosts for a short, but lovely stay.
