"The location of the hotel was good. Easy to get to Lugano Centre by Line 2 Bus. The bus was SO reliable & came every 20 minutes. The room had a great view of the lake but was not well equipped re power points. The bathroom was excellent. I thought for an expensive hotel it was a bit much to charge you if you wanted a cooked omelette or eggs fried or poached. Most hotels offer this. The evening meal was excellent. I loved my veal & it had beautiful tasty accompaniments. The hotel provided the Ticino Card which meant bus Transport was free."

"An excellent property with exceptional service. Staff were extremely attentive. We ate in La Luce restaurant one evening and visited the spa. The hotel is in a great location with stunning lake views and it’s only a short drive into the centre of Lugano."

"Amazing hotel, lovely lovely staff. Waited for us to arrive after 12am although check in ended. Well maintained hotel and excellent location. The only thing we would say is was the room was so hot because it’s summer and very hot outside. The fan didn’t do much, air con would be amazing and a great addition to this lovely hotel. Thank you! We will stay again!"
