This stylish accommodations are perfect for group trips or extended families. 5 minutes to the pedestrian zone, 7 minutes to Mannheim Palace, and 5 minutes to the main train station. Public transportation stops are just 1 minute away. Everything you need is nearby, including a pharmacy, Penny, Netto, a dentist, and a general practitioner.
Fully furnished with a kitchen, dishwasher, and washing machine. Each room has beds with mattresses, a closet, a desk, an office chair, and a lamp. The rooms range in size from 14 to 25 square meters. The apartment is on the second floor of a building designated as a historic landmark.
The price starts at approximately 2,100 euros per month for two rooms and two people and increases by about 300 euros per additional room or person. Maximum price at full occupancy is 3,300 euros. If you’re traveling with only one or two people or need only one or two rooms, you’ll receive a refund. Please inquire before booking. In the best-case scenario, this amounts to savings of up to 1,200 euros. We will lock the unused rooms.

If smoking occurs despite the smoking ban, a contractual penalty of 2,000 euros shall be deemed agreed upon for the primary tenant, regardless of who caused it.
