Beautiful house in Hamlin on Pere Marquette Road. Large deck. Lots of things to do in the area. The Ludington State Park is close by. Boat Launch close by. Downtown Ludington is only a few minute drive. Ludington also has a beautiful beach. Friday night Live's in Downtown and beach bonfires on Ludington Beach. Gas grill on the deck. Patio furniture. You will love the feel of this house.

Fishing trip/relaxation
My husband and adult son went on a fish charter and I relaxed at the cottage with the dogs and did some knitting. The property was quiet, clean and it was nice to have spot for my son to park is boat. It was also a plus that they allow pets!! I would have liked a welcome package of some sort to explain the area, grocery stores, good restaurants to eat at. We would definitely rent this spot again.

Close to Hamlin and state park
This cottage is in a nice quiet location. It is also really close to Hamlin lake and the state park. The layout of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is great for families. The kitchen is also nicely laid out with plenty of counter space. The cottage was tidy and they provided everything we needed for a family get away.

Nice location
Loved the location. Close to everything we wanted to do. Typical lake cottage feel. Plenty of room for all of us (2 adults, 5 kiddos). Nice deck area. Wish we would have had a working washer/dryer or more towels. We had 7 of us and 7 towels for 4 day stay. Master bedroom bed box springs very loud and creaky with minimal movement. But overall good stay for what we needed. Wifi worked for all kids devices.

Perfect Stay
We loved this place, we had family in from out of town, so we were a big group and fit in perfectly. We had everything we needed, although games/puzzles/music might be a suggestion for bad weather or inside time. Loved loved loved the large deck. Thanks so much for everything!

Bigger than we thought!
We had so much space, and the closets were more than expected. Two bedrooms had small closets, and the master had a bigger one. It was more than enough for all of us, and kept the luggage put away. Loved the placement of furniture and the empty cabinet to put all our food. Kitchen had everything we needed, and there was even a grill on the porch. Yard was nice for the kids. It's a corner lot, and there's only one close neighbor, but they're pretty much blocked by the garage. I was not expecting the yard to be that big even though I checked the photos. Bathrooms were very clean. The kitchen could have used another wipe down. Some of the pots and pans were a little dirty, and the cabinets and fridge weren't wiped down. Honestly, these are things we always wipe down anyway, but you could actually see the spots on the cabinets (they're white). All in all, this was perfect for our family! Probably the best place we could have gotten for all of our kiddos (4).

Very nice place absolutely no issues. We had a fishing tournament on Hamlin lake. Had enough room for boats, trucks and outlets.
