Not as it looked in the pictures on the Internet, when we first arrived, we received a room with no bathroom and when we requested a room with the bathroom, we were charged another $150. This is a shocker for people from the United States.

The Bed and Breakfast was so lovely! It's a really beautiful house, and all the staff was extremely kind and helpful. It was clean and the breakfast was delicious. The location was convenient - right next to a bus stop that took you to the center in under 10 mins (or ~15-20 min walk to the river). Overall and excellent stay!

We spent 3 weeks in Switzerland and spent a few days in Luzern. We agreed that The Bed and Breakfast Hotel was our favorite accommodation. We loved our room, enjoyed the fabulous breakfast, and after a busy day relaxed and ate our picnic dinner in the garden. Isabelle was outstanding, always very helpful which made our stay so easy. We had a great time staying at this pleasant bed and breakfast. It is approximately a 15 minute walk from the main train station or you can take a bus that will easily connect you. The hotel was very clean and we had a shared bathroom (which was right across the hall from our room) but there are so many bathrooms it almost felt as though it was private. Bathrooms were always cleaned everyday. Breakfast was great, good variety of bread/meat/cheese/ yogurt etc. and the everyone we spoke to was extremely nice. Would definitely recommend

We had a great room at the very top of the property with a bathroom as you come in and then the room up some stairs. It was huge. Continental breakfast was simple but just what we needed. Location was great, with the bus stop just over the road and it was handy to be provided with a travel card for Lucerne too. This was the perfect base to explore Mt Pilatus and Mt Titlis.

Old world charm B&B. Very clean but be careful when booking - limited rooms with attached toilets. Using a toilet down the corridor is not convenient. Floor boards are squeaky and annoying.

The Bed and Breakfast is located in a quiet residential neighborhood about 15 minutes walk from the main area of Luzern. The loudest sound you may hear is the ringing of the bells at the local church. All of the staff is very friendly and eager to help with anything you may need or question you may have. The breakfast has a nice variety of breads, cheeses, meats and cereals. Parking is on the street, but the staff helps you to purchase the required passes for on street parking. We would happily return if we ever come back this way.

Lovely place and caring service with a smile
We were greeted warmly by Viera (a lovely young woman) and she was very helpful to get us welcomed into Luzern. The B&B is a lovely place (a mansion house) situated not too far from the city centre with very accessible options to explore the region. The house has a lot of period features and character and our room was basic but clean and comfortable. That's all we needed really for our short stay. Isabelle, owner, greeted us and ensured that we were comfortable and happy during our stay and provided us valuable information to explore the area further. The breakfast was tasty and the quality of the ingredients was great. We especially enjoyed the tasty organic swiss milk and cheese. Our checkout was smooth and helpful and we would love to visit again. Thanks Isabelle and Viera!

Amazing stay
We had the room up in the attic. Spacious with 4 skylights. The stairs in the room to get up and down between the bathroom and sleeping area could be tricky for elderlies and children. It’s so quiet (maybe because we were on the top floor), we had the best night’s rest during the trip. The staff were so friendly and we enjoyed the breakfast and the garden. Lastly, walk around the neighborhood, you will find a cluster of amazing houses.

We could check in early although we didn't let the host know earlier. She was very nice and told us places to go and a nice walk path around lucerne. The room was cozy and very clean. Although the washroom is shared, there are about 4 washrooms each floor shared by about 6 rooms. We didn't have any problem with the washroom, and it was very very clean! The breakfast was pretty good as well! Would definitely come back if I travel lucerne in the future :)

Staffs are great food is fine. Walking from the central terminal was a bit tricky so its always worth to ask young locals (mostly can speak english) how to get to the property.

Friendly, hospital bnb in an old house. Even though bathrooms were shared they were clean, nice and plentiful- no need to wait. Breakfast was very good, with excellent service. Staff are all friendly and attentive. Even though the house is old, it is impeccable. The only downside are the creaky floors and paper thin walls. This would be a problem if there was noise from other patrons.

Lovely and convenient
We were made very welcome and comfortable. Lovely staff. So easy to have a bus less than 5 minutes away (with a pass provided) that went into town or up to Kriens for Mt Pilatus every few minutes.
