"I’ve stayed at this location every wk for the past few months. The Lady that works in the Breakfast area is Very Rude and I’ve spoken to the front desk about some issues and it’s sad it’s been very uncomfortable to have breakfast while she is working. She stares at u rudely and when u ask for napkins or salsa it took her more than 35min to bring it. By then I didn’t want or need it anymore I was done. U get a cold breakfast unless u pay extra for buffet. Sadly this is a great Hotel. But the service for breakfast STINKS…."
