  • Spend your next holiday in the heart of Lucca, where you can enjoy a restful nights sleep, without being woken by shopkeepers opening their stores for their early morning deliveries.

    Stay in the “historic centre”, a hop, skip and a jump from via Fillungo (Lucca’s main shopping mall) and Guinigi Tower, famous for the olive trees perched at the top of the tower overlooking the entire walled city. Located less than 200m from the walls so that you can easily join the “Italian Passeggiata” around the ancient walls anytime of day for a walk, run or bike ride along the paved 4.2km track that circles the entire city.

    Situated on the ground floor (walk in access - just 1 step up from the street) for those travelling with heavy suitcases or who find it difficult to climb stairs.

    With newly renovated rooms, free WiFi, TV with Chromecast, airconditioning, heating, washing machine and dryer (a rarity in Italy), this apartment has all the amenities you will need during your stay.

    The apartment has 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, kitchen (with oven, microwave and dishwasher) and a spacious lounge where you can rest and relax after a long days outing.

We had a very enjoyable 3-day stay during an unusual heat wave. The air conditioning worked very well throughout the apartment. Silvia was very helpful and responsive before and during our stay. The location is also great for exploring the city on foot. We could not have asked for a better place to stay in Lucca.

A Hidden Gem

Absolutely beautiful! We walked in and we’re in awe of the decor and the cleanliness. The owners were so sweet and helpful when showing us how to work things and how to get places. We would highly recommend this place and would stay there again in the future.

The property is in a great location. It is near the train station and an easy walk to most everything one could need. It was very quiet at night. Our host was wonderful and helped us find a driver for two different trips to wineries. The amenities were perfect…. From the three baths, the air conditioners that were adjustable per room, the convenience of a washer and dryer and ironing board! They thought of everything. There was a hot pot for tea and a coffee maker ( not pods) which was better for us. Just around the corner was a bakery for morning pastries and caffe. I would highly recommend staying in this slice of heaven.

Quiet spot inside the wall of Lucca

This property is walking distance from the train, close to the center, and yet, on a quiet street inside the wall of Lucca. The owners are on site to answer any questions and are very helpful. My family enjoyed all the local amenities near the apartment, and the wall is close, too! This place is perfect!

A Lucca Dream!

This apartment was lovely! Very well appointed and comfortable. Great kitchen and cute tiny patio. Silvia is a great host! The location is perfect- not far from the train station (we walked) and near all the main streets and piazzas of Lucca! Also very near the wall for strolling. I recommend this place and hope to be back!

Lucca

This was a return trip to Lucca and we could not have enjoyed it more. Sylvia was a wonderful host and this home worked perfect for us. Traveling with my 92 year old father, a ground floor apartment was a must, she even had a little ramp that we could use to drive the mobility scooter into the entry way. Comfortable, clean and very homey, in a perfect location!

We had 4 adults and 3 children in our party, and truly enjoyed our 4 day stay in Lucca. Strongly recommend! Individual air conditioning units for each bedroom and living room were most outstanding feature, but everything was top-notch. Well done Giorgia!

Perfect location

We loved Lucca and the house location was perfect! An easy walk to the train station and close to all the shops. Very clean, comfortable and well stocked. Having a washer AND dryer was wonderful! Giorgia was so kind and helped us with all our (many!) needs. We would absolutely stay there again and highly recommend it!

Silva our host was very helpful. She checked in frequently to ensure if we had any questions she could assist us with. She called a cab for us and provided information upon arrival about the area. The unit was very clean and appeared exactly as listed. Silva left us a bottle of wine to share on our arrival. Location of the unit was perfect in this city with rich history and culture. Highly recommend this host and unit.

Lucca Stay at Giorgia's Place In Historic Centre

The apartment in Lucca was better than the description! My friend and I were in Lucca as part of our Tuscany tour. The space was spotless and there was so much room with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms lots of room to relax and spread out. Loved the outdoor space and laundry. Being in the historic centre we were close to everything from restaurants, shopping and sight seeing. It was our home base for 4 days as we also took a tour to the marble mines in Carrera.

Living Local in Lucca

Excellent. Even better in person than the photos. The bathrooms and kitchen are new, immaculate and comfortable to use. The owners could not have been nicer or more helpful. Premises are fully air conditioned and in addition to the washer, there was even a drier, which is unusual but very good. Five Stars Plus.
