Lucas Oil Stadium Tours and Activities

Arrived at our room and it was not what we had booked. Called down to the front desk and I was told tough luck, take it up with Expedia that they didn’t have the room I booked . I called and I was on with Expedia for two hours and three different people and got no where. They suggested I go get another hotel which wasn’t happening after traveling hours and at 3 in the morning. Expedia’s customer service was difficult and frustrating and I was given a partial credit. The next morning a different person at the front desk got us in the correct room for our last night and the room was much better. The hotel is older and in a less desirable area in my opinion.
