This apartment is private but in town. It’s sits behind a restored 1876 Victorian home. The property sits high on a hill in town, two blocks from the ocean with water views. Please note that the hot tub will be closed for the winter. The apartment is privately accessed behind the garage, on the second floor and has views of the pool and fire-pit (next door), Grand Manan Island, the quaint back yard gardens of Lubec and Canada's famous Campobello Island. Pool and Fire pit access is not included. View the bridge to Campobello Island while star gazing the night sky in your own ( private) two person hot tub. (Please Note: the Hot tub is closed from Oct 27, 2024 untill early May 2025….)Water in tub is always replaced and will be fresh for your use. For cooking, there is a Jen Air gas stove top with side grill. Radiant heat keeps your toes toasty on those cool evenings.
