Summary: Book your next stay in Lubbock at this brand new 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in South Lubbock. This home is located in the Bell Farms subdivision which is a new, safe, and beautiful neighborhood that will make you feel right at home. The Wander Inn can sleep 7 guests with its mix of king, queen, and twin beds. Each bedroom has its own TV for our guest's entertainment and the backyard will make your evenings enjoyable and relaxing.
The Space: All three bedrooms feature the most comfortable mattresses you will sleep on while traveling. Each bedroom has plush pillows and linens that match the room's decor. In addition, all rooms have their own TV's so you can relax and enjoy your favorite show or movie.
The living room features plenty of seating with comfy couches and a 55-inch Roku enabled TV with Netflix and local channels already setup for guests to use. You're welcome to download any apps or channels. You will need to use your own logins to watch whatever you like. You may also use the screen mirroring function to mirror from tablets and laptops.
In the kitchen of this home, you'll find most everything you need to enjoy one of Lubbock's many fine restaurants or cook yourself a meal. Double check the amenities section of this listing for all that we supply in the kitchen. There is a pantry in the kitchen should you have the need to store a lot of groceries or items during your stay.
Just off the kitchen is a separate dining area with 4 chairs. There are also plenty of barstools for an extra space to eat or enjoy a family game night.
The bathrooms are clean updated and stocked with all the linens and toiletries one might need throughout their stay. The hair dryer and other miscellaneous items are stored in the cabinet space under the sink. Shampoo and body wash is provided in each of the bathrooms.
The backyard is large fenced in and includes plenty of room to enjoy the West Texas sunsets and also has a propane grill if you enjoy cooking or entertaining outside.
Guests are welcome to use the garage but if needed, there is additional parking in the front for multiple vehicles and there is always free parking available on the street.
For the safety and security of our guests and property, there are cameras at the front and back entry doors as well as a doorbell camera that record with motion.
We look forward to hosting you at The Wander Inn! You must be in good standing to book with us and have positive rental history and reviews. We do not rent to local Lubbock residents. A rental agreement is required to book our property. If you have any questions don't hesitate to reach out.
**Please do not have mail sent to this property as we do not have the mailbox keys. If you are needing something delivered from USPS, you will need to contact the local post office to make pickup arrangements.**
Parties and events are strictly prohibited at this property. If there is any violation to this policy, a fee of $500 will be charged immediately.
This property is not pet friendly so please plan of leaving your furry friends at home. There will not be any exceptions to this policy as the owner has terrible allergies and a fee of $250 will be automatically applied if you are caught in violation of this.
For the safety and security of our home and our guests, there are cameras at the front and back entry doors that record with motion.
We supply freshly laundered linens, bedding, and towels for all of our guests. We also supply paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish soap, and hand soap for a short 2-3 day stay. Long-term stays will need to replenish latter items at their own expense.
Although often there will be a variety of condiments, such as coffee, etc., we cannot guarantee what will be available.

The Neighborhood: The Wander Inn is located in the new Bells Farms Subdivision in South Lubbock. It is located just southeast of University and 130th St. This neighborhood is new, nice, and safe for guests. Please let us know if you have any questions.
Getting Around: A car is recommended for your stay but your welcome to use any available ride-sharing service as well.
Other Things to Note: Parties are strictly prohibited and any violation of this rule will result in an immediate $500 fee.
This property is not pet friendly so please plan on making other arrangements for your pets. There will not be any exceptions made to this rule and any violations will be charged an immediate $250 fee.
Host-Initiated Cancellation Policy While we make every effort to honor all confirmed reservations, there may be rare instances where cancellation is necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
In the event that we must cancel your reservation, the following terms apply:
Full Refund: Guests will receive a 100% refund of any payments made toward the reservation. No Additional Liability: Our responsibility is limited strictly to the refund of monies paid. We are not liable for any additional costs incurred by the guest as a result of the cancellation, including but not limited to alternative accommodations, transportation, or other travel-related expenses. Best Efforts to Assist: In the event of a cancellation, we will make reasonable efforts to offer alternative accommodations within our property network, if available, but we cannot guarantee availability or rates. Force Majeure Clause: We reserve the right to cancel the reservation due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to property damage, utility failures, natural disasters, or changes in local regulations that affect short-term rentals. Sale of Property: In the event the property is sold prior to your scheduled stay and the new owner does not wish to honor existing bookings, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation. A full refund of any payments made will be issued, but we are not liable for securing alternative accommodations or covering additional expenses. Removal from Rental Market: We reserve the right to cancel reservations if the property is permanently or temporarily removed from the short-term rental market for any reason. Should this occur, a full refund will be issued, and no further compensation or liability will be assumed. By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
Check-in information, including the keypad code, will be sent the day before your check-in date. We reserve the right to decline any alteration request.
House Rules: - No pets! - No house parties. Unauthorized parties will result in an immediate $500 fine plus damages. - No smoking inside the property. - No excessive volume that would disturb the neighbors. - Clean up after yourself. This includes all dishes and food items. - If you break something, message us and let us know immediately.
Interaction with Guests: Our interaction with guests is very minimal. The front door has a keypad so that you may let yourselves in and out. Once you have booked, please refer to the check-in instructions for entry codes that are sent out the day before your stay. Please only use the keypad lock to lock the door. Do not lock the bottom lock on the front door. Should you need anything during your stay, we live nearby and will usually be available to help at any time. We pride ourselves on our quick responses.
