The whole hotel was neglected and looked nothing like the online pictures. The room was filled with dust and dead bugs, holes in the curtains, the elevator didn’t work, the bathtub was disgusting, and the entire place felt gross and unkept.

There were bedbugs in the bed! The hotel refused to refund our room costs when we checked out (at 9:00 pm after a long stressful drive) after finding the bugs. Will NEVER stay there again. The linens were also well worn!

We were unable to check in at 3 because rooms were not ready. When returned around 6:30 we were told the elevator didn’t work and we would have to use the stairs. My mother was traveling with us and walks with a cane and had great difficulty climbing the stairs. We then opened her door and someone else’s stuff was in there and our room was not cleaned. We took our stuff and filed for a refund and went somewhere else to stay the night

The pictures were very misleading. The shower curtain had mystery stains on it which made me feel uncomfortable showering in it. The hot tub was broken and looked filthy. The property only had one ice machine, and it was broken. Ice is a basic necessity that should be provided to guests. The breakfast was subpar and very misleading as well. There were cold eggs, biscuits and gravy that were decent, and cereal. That’s it. No fruit, no waffles, no sausage. Honestly ridiculous for the price point. The pictures of the property looked much nicer than it was. Very disappointed. Also, when we went to the front desk to ask for more towels since they only gave us one in our room, they said they were out of towels and that I needed to wait 30 min for them to be done in the dryer. I mean seriously, what hotel doesn’t have plenty of clean towels on hand? The staff was friendly and I feel bad for them. It feels like they’re doing the best with what they’re given. Management obviously doesn’t care enough to even replace the filthy shower curtains. Disappointed because I paid a little extra to stay here than other properties were, expecting a step up from them. For over $100 per night, not a good experience.

Filthy, non maintained hotel. Of theee lamps, one worked okay, one didnt have light bulbs, and one gave an electrical shock. The bathtube and sink looked nasty. There was a roach in the bathroom. Room and hotel, in general, were neglected. Exposed outlets and wiring, stained tub, no elevator and missing doorknobs. We found live cockroaches in the bathroom. Staff was friendly.

The room and hotel was a little disappointed for a country inn & suites it was more of an average hotel given I was probably the only guest maybe two or three others I'm not sure for 200 rooms the air conditioner didn't work and the room was in need of repair the bed was comfortable the breakfast was average I didn't expect a lot with it because there was not that many guests but all in all I was a little disappointed with it being a country inn & suites

At check-in was asked if I was able to navigate the stairs. Hmm...turns out elevator was not in working order and never worked during our 2 day stay. So we lugged our belongings up and down plus going up and down each time we left the facility. No mention of any compensation for this inconvenience. Also asked to put $25 charge on my credit card "for extras(?)" When questioned was told it was for "incidentals (?). Still no clue what that was for exactly. Cold water tap at the sink was either not working or dribbled out minute amounts of water. No one came to adjust or fix. No kleenex tissue in the box, and no one from house keeping appeared to fix that small problem. The breakfast was sparse...no waffles, no yogurt, 1 of 4 juice choices inoperable, eggs/sausage not appealing or fresh looking. If you liked dry cereal then you were in heaven. The doorknob at the top of the stairs (second floor) was completely missing and frame was damaged, You opened that door by putting your finger/hand in the hole and pulling. There was a definite language barrier upon checkin and a young lady was in training evidently which added to the confusion. At checkout a different employee took my key but said she wasnt able to give me a receipt...just said "you are good to go." All in all not a good experience. Have stayed there multiple times in past but admit it has been a few years. However it appears to have gone downhill and I will not be their customer in the future.

Could not stay in this hotel. Arrived and the elevator was broken. Got to our first room and the air conditioner was ripped off of the wall and no bedding on the bed. Got moved to another room and the bed was broken with dirty bedding and hair all over the bathroom. Saw roaches in the lobby area. Refused to stay here and hotel staff was not accommodating or offered for any time of refund. We were not the only unhappy guests as many were complaining about the same conditions. Website does not reflect the actual conditions of the hotel. Do not recommend staying here.

Poop on the floor, literally dog poop on the floor in the room, stained sheets, mold in the tubs and not a tiny spot, all over the tubs, bugs everywhere, yes everywhere. They were crawling out of outlets, all over the floor, etc. Stained furniture, like someone spilled or sweated all over the couches, no door knobs, no elevator and I could not get a refund and refused to stay in a place that really needs to be condemned. At the very least a health inspector needs to go investigate.

The bathroom tub was filthy, not a lot of selections for breakfast. But good room and quiet. Great for the price in a pinch.

The man at the counter was rude The elevator was out There was no door knob on a couple of doors There were no towels in the room They put the breakfast away before 9:30 The hotel looks nothing like the pictures in the app

The staff was very hospitable. But the rest of the hotel was not good and in total disrepair. I contemplated sleeping in my car after seeing and smelling the room but wanted to be safe. I ended up throwing away all of my clothing, bags, shoes and personal belongings upon returning home so I didn't bring an infestation home. I regret the experience and will always look at reviews prior to staying at any hotel going forward. I can't imagine this is actually a hotel by Radisson. It just doesn't add up.

That hotel was horribly neglected. The furnishings look like second hand items; the baseboards need to be replaced; the bathroom sink had an unsightly crack going from one end to the other. Behind our room was a bare field, and the hotel is directly across the street from what looks to be low income apartments.
