cheapest rate with air-conditioning room

I stay there for three nights, room is small basic facility,family own guesthouse treat you as one of their member,good location restaurant ,bar,mini Mark , temples ,night market only minute to walk.just good enough for budget accommodation.

You get what you pay!!!

I can not complain to much because this is the cheapest Hotel in Luang Prabang. The location is the best in the Main Street but the higieníc is not the priority of the management. The room and bathroom are not very clean, WiFi is terrible and the TV have only 2 channels in English. The staff seems to be nice but speak very little english. For a few days if you want a cheap please to sleep I guess is Okay. Personally I will not stay there again and I am planning to return to Luang Prabang. Amazing city.

Nice guest house with comfortable bed, good reliable wifi and hot water in the shower. What more could you need? (I stayed right next to reception though so not sure if the wifi signal is as strong throughout the grounds).

Fab stay

Great guesthouse, perfectly located on the main street and clean. However, roosters out the back start from 5:30am every morning without fail so bring ear plugs!

Great location, comfortable bed. Staff weren’t the friendliest but may have been because of language barrier. WiFi wasn’t that good in our room and our room was very damp! Overall was very good for the price but have stayed in nicer places

Very basic room, not the cleanest

The location of this guesthouse is ideal for exploring Luang Prabang being right on the main road through the town, 2 minute walk to the night market and short walk to the river. The staff were friendly enough, but spoke very little English so communicating was difficult and they tried to charge us an extra night when we checked out despite paying upfront for the room. The bed was not very comfortable, the mattress was long overdue a refresh and the bed sheets looked dirty. Good hot shower, although as in most places in Asia the whole room floods when you have a shower. Room wasn't cleaned during our 4 night stay. Limited wifi and didn't really work in the room at all only in the reception area. If you're just looking for a good location then this place is ideal but rooms leave something to be desired.

Godt til prisen

Ligger i hjertet af Luang Prabang, placeringen kunne ikke være bedre. Der var dog en SEL larm fra familien der drev hotellet. Små børn der løb frem og tilbage og skreg udeforan værelset. Men rene værelser med aircondition. Super fint til den billige pris.

立地が良く、めぼしい観光名所には徒歩で行ける。ただ、部屋が暗く、水場もやや汚い。飲食店が目の前にあり、いずれも便利だが、長期滞在向き。数泊ならば、もう少し豪華な宿でも良いかと。

nice and comfort hotel

an old style hotel, room with air cond (silent and cold), tv, water heater, provide a bottle of water, can refill the water near the counter (even hot water can requested with FOC), bed is hard but nice to sleep, quiet room. only towel n soup provided. boss can speak chinese, very friendly and helpful. staff can speak some english, restaurants just outside the hotel and the cheapest along the sivangvong road for breakfast or other meals. night market walking distance, massage centre, currency exchange booth, ATM and mini mart just outside the hotel. the only con is no elevators. the elders can request the room at ground floor.

Location/ bed/ staff are excellent.

Luang Prabang isn't very big however, Sackarinh Guesthouse's location is perfect. It is situated on the main road surrounded by restaurants, shops, activity centres, massage parlours, bike rentals, the temple and even the night market! Our room was clean with our own bathroom. There was plenty of hot water for a shower. The bed in the room is the most comfortable bed I have slept in, in my whole month of being in Asia. The room has a t.v and a/c. The staff are friendly and helpful. The offer a laundry service too. Overall a good, affordable price, we were very happy with our stay.
