This luxurious gated gem looks like a stylish gleaming white village on a sunny Greek island. The main entrance is framed by lush tropical trees. The main living area and the master bedroom have a stunning view of the blue sky, turquoise Caribbean Sea and other islands. The contemporary interior décor has a French vibe; elegant and comfortable. Clear woods with cream, taupe, grey, and lime fabrics. The open-plan living area features a fully new and modern furnished kitchen with all the appliances. The large main living area combines lounging, dining, and media spaces. The master bedroom, features a comfortable king size bed, en-suite bathroom with shower/tub, safe and access to the balcony. The guest bedroom, has a new king size bed and spacious mattress, en-suite bathroom with shower, and access to the balcony. Although private, you are very close to amenities. Only a 1-minute walk to Mullet Beach, one of the nicest beaches of the island, only 3 minutes driving to Porto Cupecoy with a terrific little gourmet market, wonderful restaurants, and stunning views. Séjour de 4 nuits en avril 2025 ### 8/10 – Bien #### Noreen L. 15 avr. 2025 Points forts : Propreté #### Cupecoy Beach Overall, John, the owner was extremely hospitable and easy to communicate with-- he met our requests with ease.However, we had an issue with the AC in the master-bedroom-- it was running too low (66) and would not adjust or shut off, making the night very uncomfortable for us, so we had to sleep in the other queen bedroom with our toddler for 6 of our 7 nights, before it was fixed. No fault of the owner at all, but definitely made for an uncomfortable sleeping experience for the majority of our stay. The property is beautiful, neat and clean. The staff are pleasant. The pools are beautiful.Access to Cupecoy Beach is not easy, especially if you have small children-- so would not rely on this beach, but rather have to walk/drive to neighboring Mullet Bay Beach. The access to Cupecoy is down a set of steps, but with a huge rock formation on the beach which you have to climb over-- unsafe in general and depending on tide levels could become obscured by water making it further treacherous. Strip of beach is small and by afternoon water does get high. Not a place for small children in my opinion. Wish they would advise of this prior to, since it really does limit your access to the private beach. ##### Noreen L. Our stay at The Cliff was amazing. From our initial interactions with John in booking this amazing unit, he was more than accommodating. Upon arrival to our unit, first impressions were pics do not do this place justice. The unit was extremely clean with an incredible view. Everything was perfect and we felt comfortably at home the entire week. We had one small issue with a shower and the concierge, Stacey, was immediately responsive and the issue was resolved before we returned that evening. The condo was bigger than the pictures imply - there was plenty of room! The pool did get loud with kids but overall it was a great location. We loved having access to the beach for sunsets and the pool for lounging. We were able to walk to Fat Tony’s for a couple dinners and there were 3-4 breakfast spots within walking distance. We drove everywhere else- traffic here stinks. Beautiful island and friendly people. From the pool, beach, restaurants, local market for groceries all within 5 min walk. From the views, the welcoming people, this by far was me and my wife’s best vacation. The condo was roomy, the view incredible, the staff were courteous, friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. The host was excellent as well communicating with us with any questions we had. Don't hesitate to book this place. We pretty much had the beach to ourselves wvich we loved. We asked the staff for pool noodles and used these yo float around in the ocean, as there is a steep drop-off in the water. Loved our stay. We will be back. ##### Nikki C. We visited in the slow season and had the beach and pool mostly to ourselves. It was spectacular. The building is beautiful as well as the pool area and beach right at the bottom of the cliff. Very spacious with 2 1/2 baths and two bedrooms. The balcony area was also beautiful with nice cushioned lounge chairs. Perfect for sitting and reading a book! Communication with the owner John was good as well. we brought a few things to his attention and he did get back to us within less than a day. None of the issues were urgent. My only real suggestion would be to invest in some blackout curtains for the master bedroom. Full sun by 5:30 AM. we would definitely stay in this unit again.
