"We were a bit disappointed in our initial assessment of this property. It was a bit hard to find as there is no actual address. With the help of some very kind neighbours we did locate the suite. We found the suite could use some updating. The ad mentions beach extras like beach towels and blanket etc. Those things were not in the suite. At least we never found them. 10/10 Excellent

"I arrived early and had to wait but I still got in my room an hour before check in (grant it, it WAS Tuesday) but it was so worth the wait!!! My room was spectacular. It sat on the garden and had an ocean view from the second floor, PLENTY of towels and a fully equipped kitchen! I wish I could’ve stayed longer! The balcony was gi-normous and I really enjoyed my 3days 2nights! The staff was very kind and helpful. They offered storage upon arrival and before departure bc check out was a little earlier than usual! It was such a perfect location near restaurants, Maho Beach- which was my only reason for going- and even a market less than 100yards away. I can’t wait to come back just bc it was so peaceful and clean and convenient!"

"Room were small king bed and standing shower. Clean. Favorite amenities not included im room were mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Curtains were not wide enough so outside lights kept coming in no matter how much tried to pull them closely. Room is small but perfect for one night only in my opinion. Solo travel will appreciate the cost and simplicity but nice Staff were kind and helpful. Night agent assisted with getting some coffee and ice for a fee. Must use same entrance for exit. No side door for guests use. Though not my preferred accommodation will stay again."

"Don’t bother booking elsewhere, this is exactly where you want to stay when visiting SM! My husband and I had no complaints and we will definitely be returning soon! We loved how the property had an abundance of everything we needed from linens, to dishes and even sunblock! The views are absolutely stunning and the gated community was safe if you have concerns on that. We never ran out of toilet paper, paper towels or trash bags. For food deliveries my husband would have to go to the front to collect but the food from pineapple Pete’s was totally worth it. If we had a question communication was instant! Best Vrbo stay yet!"

"We had never been to SXM before so we weren’t really sure where to stay in relation to beaches, nightlife, restaurants etc…this place was the perfect location to all of that. The condo was perfect for our group of 4 and the resort itself was beautiful. The infinity pool, private beach, location to Mullet bay. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot."

"Just needs a little more attention to the condo. The in laws had another one condo upstairs w/ same floor plan that was so much better decorated and furnished. Living room tv, washer and ice maker needs some attention. Could be so much better but still nice overall. Great oceanfront view and service from the front desk. They pool and overall property was great. Loved that the property was gated and well secure"
