"We really enjoyed our stay! The complimentary breakfast was a great way to start the day, and having free parking and free laundry facilities was a huge plus. I also loved that coffee was available throughout the day. The pool was nice, and the air conditioning in our room was 10/10—it kept the room perfectly cool, especially after being out in the summer heat. Heather was absolutely wonderful! She was personable, friendly, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rest of the staff, including housekeeping, were also kind, pleasant, and always greeted us with a smile. My only downside was that there is just one elevator for a five-story hotel. It could be a little inconvenient at times, but thankfully the stairwell was right outside our room, so we used the stairs quite often. Overall, we had a great experience. The friendly staff and convenient amenities made for a comfortable and enjoyable visit."

"The room was fantastic. Kitchenette came stocked with plates, bowls, cutlery, a pot and pan, dishwasher, microwave, and a full sized fridge and freezer. The water pressure in the shower wasn't the greatest but was manageable. It also included full sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner. The pool was great, though the pool room itself was like a sauna. The games area was awesome to have as the kids loved it there with the games and pool table. The breakfast left something to be desired though. First day had scrambled eggs, breakfast sausages, a pancake machine, and the usual bagels/toast and yogurt cups. The next day, the pancake machine wasn't working or they ran out of mix, but was still scrambled eggs and sausage. The third day, no pancake machine, no eggs, just sausages and the rest. Would have been nice to get some variety"
