"It was disgusting and filthy. I was up all night afraid of bugs. Bathroom floor was filthy. The three twins beds in room ??? Elevator was disgusting Staff actung like I was bothering them to check in. We booked by mistake. WHAT A MISTAKE. "

"At check in, my girlfriend had a trip and fall at the main entrance of the hotel casino, and fractured her humerus (upper arm bone that attaches to the shoulder). The pavement leading into the casino is bricks, with reset ground lighting that is distracting. Overall the lighting is sparse/dark, so those that aren't young and fit should be precautious. "

"I stayed here April 10-12. Upon first arrival the room seemed clean until I went to bathe me and my kids and noticed long stringy hair plastered on the shower wall and in the tub. The same night I told the front desk attendant and was told to tell the manager Laura in the morning. Next morning at 8am I showed pictures and explained to Laura. She said the lady that cleaned the room has long hair so it may have been hers and she would make sure she cleaned it. I don’t know how that acceptable but ok. When we returned at 6pm same hair was in the shower never touched. I complained to the new attendant and he said there was nothing in his log so he couldn’t do anything. I asked for the manager or higher up contact info and was told she(Laura) wouldn’t be in until Tuesday. Next morning who’s at the front desk… Laura! Hair was still in tub from the day we arrived and I was told I could not me compensated for having to shower my family in a dirty shower all weekend. She also was reluctant to give me the owners number/ contact info stating we was on a cruise. This would have been a nice stay had they corrected this poor cleaning problem and compensated me for ther failure to do so! I have all time stamped photos. "

"Very outdated hotel. Breakfast was good, housekeeping staff friendly, check-in guy not so much. Unit 310, bed closest to window has a permanent depression, not restful sleep. Bathtub slopes downward so you have to stay in the center to stay balanced. Mat in bathtub was slippery - an accident/liability waiting to happen! Would not recommend!"
