The property is an ideal base for exploring the city, within walking distance of the vibrant Cardiff Bay, the International Sports Village and Penarth Marina and beach. It is located very close to the River Taff, offering a pleasant riverside walk to the Bay.  
  
The apartment itself is quiet, calm and restful, located on the third floor. (Please note there is no lift and no concierge). No parties of any kind - please be considerate of residents in the block.

This property does not accommodate bachelorette parties, bachelor parties, or similar celebrations.  
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked not to make excessive noise.  
A noise abatement policy is in effect between 9 pm and 7 am.  
Guests must leave the property in the same condition as they arrived.  
  
If you leave the property at a late time or other than the scheduled time, 10:00 am on the last day, without prior mutual agreement, you will be charged a £55 reminder fee.  
  
If the above policies are not followed, a penalty fee will be applied to guests for any damage caused to the property.  
A penalty fee of £150 will be charged if you smoke in the property.
