"Great hotel for families. Good value for money. Situated in a village in the mountains,about 30min drive to the beaches. It has a communal kitchen & living room with a children's play area in the basement. There is a bakery in the village plus a mini market. We had breakfast in a bar at the entrance to the village who also cooked us a breakfast. The owners of the bar are related to the bakery owners so didnt mind us eating what we had bought at the bakery being eaten at the bar with a coffee."

"This house truly fit our needs. We wanted something very comfortable and away from the crowds. Billi's home had everything we needed to enjoy our week. We were able to get to the more active area of Loutraki after a short drive if we wanted more dining options, night life, shopping, etc. The lake near the house is most unique and quite beautiful, however the walk down to it is a tad difficult. "My wife and I are very much enjoyed our stay. The check-in process and communication was great, and our host provided many of the basics for our stay, including water, coffee, and some food items. The place itself was very nice and as advertised, clean, comfortable, with beautiful vistas of the sea in a quiet area, but close enough to get to town or some of the sites. In short, we would very much recommend this property, we thoroughly enjoyed our time. Thank you."

"Nice but simple house with front garden and direct view/access to the sea, rocky beach. Perfect to have airco in bedrooms (two weeks 36 Celsius in daytime). Whole house has mosquito screens and Spyros took good measures against insects. Bathroom to small but we managed. Be aware that the house is in Schinos, and there is a mountain to overcome to reach Loutraki town (45minutes drive) nice area with some nice restaurants, supermarket a few minutes away and…hardly any non-Greek tourists"
