Séjour à Lourdes.

Très bien accueillis, nous avions un problème pour accéder à l'hôtel, la personne de l'accueil nous a très bien guidés, accompagnés au parking. Tout le personnel est charmant. Nous reviendrons.

Muy buen hotel

La intención en Lourdes era visitar el santuario y está convenientemente cerca y con un parking incluido a un par de cuadras, tiene un elevador en la calle que te baja al nivel del santuario. La atención en front desk fue muy amable y en español, la habitación pequeña pero muy limpia y con un muy buen desayuno y tienda de souvenirs en el hotel.

Suite à des travaux de rénovation dans cet établissement nous avons été re-dirigés vers l'hötel Acadia appartenant au même propriétaire et y avons rencontré des clients de l'hôtel Florida (depuis plusieurs années) Ces derniers nous ont fait des éloges sur l'hôtel Florida pouvant accueillir des personnes à mobilité réduite. Les notes que j'adresse sont le reflet de ce que nous ont décrit ces clients (personnel accueillant et professionnel, propreté de l'établissement etc). Hôtel à recommander.

Nice hotel

Room was dated but beds were very comfortable. Had one of the best sleeps of my trip here! Staff was very nice. Nice restaurant in hotel. Parking lot was a little far so don't forget anything in your car or you'll have a bit of a walk. Hotel was nice and close to all the attactions in Lourdes so walking was easy

Très bon accueil...

Un accueil chaleureux et convivial. Une chambre très correcte et confortable. Le seul petit bémol serait la sdb...je ne sais pas comment font les architectes pour caser un lavabo, un WC et une douche dans moins de deux m2! Mais bon pour une nuit cela peut aller si on mesure moins de deux mètres...Nous n'avons pas pris le petit-déjeuner.

Bonjour, j'ai passer une nuit dans cet hôtel le personnel est sympa la literie est très confortable, les chambre était propres mais aurait peut être besoin de quelque cout de peintures (bas de porte sdb, plafond). L’hôtel propose un parking ou un garage(il faut laisser les clefs du véhicule a la réception) par contre je vous conseille de bien garder le ticket de carte bleu surtout si vous avez reserver par internet en effet il m'a était reprocher de pas avoir payer alors que j'avait payer la veille car l'hotel avait perdu le ticket de CB. Par contre je n'ai pas tester le restaurant je peut juste vous dire que il s'agit d'un menu unique a 14 euros.

3 étoiles ? !

Petit déjeuner facturé 7€ juste horrible, chambres petites, douche non nettoyée... Même si l'entrée paraît propre et le personnel accueillant, on est bien loin d'une prestation attendu pour ce genre d'hôtel ! Ajouté a ça : les interrupteurs et le téléphone se trouve sur la tête de lit au niveau des oreillers donc la lumière s'allume par mégarde en pleine nuit et les moins chanceux (dont je fais partie) se prendront le téléphone sur la figure !
