Set across three levels, this bright, air-conditioned apartment of around 100 m² combines stylish interiors with three private outdoor spaces and views over the Old Village's landscaped gardens, the Pinhal Golf Course and the Atlantic Ocean in the distance.

First floor: bedrooms and bathrooms

Guest access

The apartment is fully self-contained and exclusively yours during your stay, apart from a few locked cupboards used for personal storage. It has its own private entrance via an external staircase, and includes the private balcony, the second terrace and the rooftop terrace.

You also have access to the Old Village resort areas, including the shared seasonal outdoor pools, gardens and playground. Free parking is available on the premises.

Interaction with guests

Self check-in with a lockbox means you can arrive at your own pace. We're always a message away and aim to reply within the hour. Before arrival and in the apartment you'll find a detailed information booklet with appliance guides, local tips and useful contacts, and if anything comes up during your stay, on-the-ground support is available in the Old Village at short notice.

Other things to note

Stairs and layout

• The apartment is reached by stairs and spans three levels, including the rooftop terrace. The stairs are steep, especially up to the roof, so it may not suit guests with limited mobility. Stair gates are installed for families with young children.

Pool sun loungers

• The Old Village condominium charges €2 per sun lounger per half-day at the pools. This prevents long-term reservation of loungers and keeps access fair for everyone.

Tourist tax

• Since 1 November 2024, the municipality of Loulé (which includes Old Village Vilamoura) charges a tourist tax for guests aged 16 and over, for the first 5 nights: €2 per person per night from 1 April to 31 October, and €1 per person per night from 1 November to 31 March.

• Because check-in is self-service, the tax is paid before arrival; we'll send you a payment request before your stay.

Seasonal notes

• In winter some Old Village restaurants and bars may close temporarily, but the on-site supermarket stays open all year and most places at Vilamoura Marina remain open.

• Maintenance and construction work in the Old Village is only allowed from November to March and can occasionally cause daytime noise.
