Barrel Proof Stays welcomes you to The Stables on Baxter – Stable #6, a 140-year-old converted horse stable in the heart of Louisville. Stable #6 is bright and fun with games, unique features and is only minutes from Nulu & Downtown! The Bardstown Rd/Baxter Ave corridor is a 1/2 blk away. The shared courtyard offers our guests mini golf, two grills & fire pits, abundant seating and an umbrellaed table.

This unit is situated in a vibrant urban commercial building. It shares a living room wall with a barber shop that operates daily, playing music and welcoming patrons. As a result, you may hear music and conversations from the shop during your stay.

**NOTE - The bathtub on the 2nd floor cannot be used for baths at this time. Showering is fine.**

We have 2 King and 2 Queen beds divided among the 1st and 2nd floors. Each room is elegantly designed with high-end finishes. Each bedroom has its own TV for privacy. 4 TVs in all throughout the home!

The courtyard is large and open. There is abundant seating around our two gas fire pits and a putting green for those who want to take a swing. If that's not your thing, you can grill and chill sitting at the picnic table featuring a solar-powered umbrella.
