"Totality" Awesome Loft
Our family stayed at Jess' Loft in New Albany prior to heading further into Indiana for the total eclipse. We didn't know if the weather was going to cooperate for the eclipse (it did!) but if it hadn't, we would have been just fine because New Albany is such a charming town and the loft is one of the best vrbos we've stayed in. The loft has such a hip vibe and everthing we needed was there. Owners were great with communication too! Oh, and the rooftop is huge and clean and such a nice place to hang out. Thanks to wonderful hosts!!

Great loft for a large group!
We stayed in this loft with a large group ranging in age from 5 - 45. It is a fantastic space with plenty of room to spread out! Great bedroom/bathroom floor plans for multiple people. Within walking distance of shopping and the fantastic restaurants New Albany has to offer! We barely used our vehicles, but when we did, the location of this loft is super close to Louisville! Quiet with an urban feel!

Great stay at a great location
The loft on market was an amazing place for our family to get together. My grandpa is 89 and has a hard time with stairs so the elevator to the second floor and master bedroom that had 2 steps was manageable for him. The rooftop patio was beautiful with plenty of space for bags and other yard games. The pictures almost don't do it justice. There was plenty of space for 11 of us to spread out when needed and a large dining table to have meals and play board games together. Jess gave some wonderful recommendations for things to do around the area. 10/10 would recommend and stay here again

Fantastic loft. Friendly host.
This was our second stay at the loft, and once again it did not disappoint! We had 12 guys on a golf trip and everyone loves the space. The location can't be beat, and the roof top deck is a great place to hang, play games, etc. Jess is hands down, one of the best hosts I've ever dealt with. She is quick to respond and super helpful with recommendations, etc. We're already talking about when we're coming back!

Better then the photos
Having 2 great bars 1 block away didn't hurt. Old style elevator was awesome. The outdoor patio just needs some lights but it was epic. Will def stay here again next time we hit bourbon country. Just don't make the same late night bad decision mozzarella sticks rally deliveries I did. (Check out starlight/Huber farm nearby).

Great spot with plenty of beds
Stayed here for a guys trip. The place was a good size with plenty of beds and bathrooms. 12-15mins to go into Louisville, but also plenty of fancy and casual places to eat within walking distance. Also close to a big retro arcade bar. Place was clean and enjoyed staying there. Would definitely recommend for families and large groups.

Perfect place for our group!
My group of nine friends absolutely loved the Loft on Market! It is very spacious, had everything we need and is such a unique and beautiful place! It was fun sitting on the terrace in the mornings with our coffee and in the evenings with a glass of wine. We were actually looking for a place in Louisville but this was by far the best place for us and is just a short trip over the bridge to Louisville. New Albany is a great little city with plenty of unique restaurants and shops. I highly recommend the Loft on Market!

Awesome place

Best Family Vacation

We rented this property for family to stay for our daughter's wedding in Louisville as we were all from Missouri. The space was amazing! Not only did we use for our stay, but also used for the bridal party to get ready. This was a large party of 12 girls, we had makeup and hair artists that came in and had more than enough space to spread out and wedding prep but still have everyone together. The photographer was able to capture beautiful getting ready shots as well as bride first looks with Grandmothers and Dad. The outdoor patio and game room more than provided entertainment during the little downtime we had. I can't say enough about our experience at this property, it helped make for a magical memory. The coffee shop and cafe' (Terri Lynn's Cafe' & Catering) was amazing, friendly staff and great food. I can't forget to mention our hosts, Jessica & Matt were great, we barely missed a bad storm as we were traveling in, trees down, power outages, amongst the town chaos they stopped by after we arrived and made sure everything was good and gave us direction as the nearest stores were closed due to downed power lines. I could go on, but would definitely rebook this property!

Great place and location
Four couples stayed for four nights and we all loved the place. Plenty of room and the place was well stocked. The outside deck was enjoyed by all and the location was great in walking distance to restaurants etc. Would definitely stay again.

Golf Bachelor Party w/ the boys.
All great bachelor parties have one thing in common, a great house, or in this case a loft. The space is amazing and there’s plenty food and drink near by as well as golf courses everywhere. We golf 63 holes, 4 courses, all within 20 mins away. Obviously Louisville is a short drive as well, which we made.

We just returned from an amazing Kentucky Oaks and Kentucky Derby weekend! The New Albany loft was perfect for our family - so close to fun restaurants, bars, and shopping. Such a unique space that was so much fun!

Total Bourbon Experience
The loft was the perfect place for our guys weekend to tour Bourbon Country. We had 10 guys and used all of the space from the rooftop to the pool table. Matt and Jessica were great hosts making sure that everything was all set and went smooth. They sent plenty of information in advance with lots of local recommendations.

Conley Family Christmas Gathering
This property is the perfect place for a family gathering. There’s so much to do and see in the area (baseball bats, art, history, horses, caves, fossils, arcade, shopping, dining, coffee, bourbon, and a casino) There was something for everyone to enjoy. The convenient location allowed everyone to come and go independently, and the freight elevator made it accessible for those who have trouble with stairs. We loved it.

Christmas Family Vacation - The best!

We had our family and friends in town for wedding festivities and this spot was perfect!! The property owners/managers were so helpful and accommodating with quick easy line of communication. Best Place in Town for a Large Group
Eight of us stayed here for a week-long golf excursion. Initial impression gives a large "Wow!" factor as soon as you walk in. House was very clean, very large, and felt very comfortable the moment we walked in. Beds were comfortable, and rooms are spacious. Shower pressure is excellent. We were allowed to control the thermostat, so house temp was always perfect. The location is within walking distance of many terrific bars and restaurants. There is plenty to do and see in the neighborhood. We played on 5 different golf courses, all within 45 minutes of the house. I easily give this house my highest recommendation. It's the best place to stay in New Albany.

Guys golf trip to Louisville area. Loft was an amazing home base for our group. Location is great. Plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance and rooftop deck was a great hang out space in the evenings. Jessica was super responsive and easy to work with. We will def. be back!

Came here with a group of 10 friends. There was more than enough room in the loft for everyone to have their own bed and space. The kitchen was nice and the rooftop patio space was great. The location was perfect, plenty of restaurants right within walking distance.

Wow - this loft hits on all cylinders. We rented this for a family vacation: Mom and Dad, four adult kids plus spouses and their children. The loft was large, clean and a hit for all age groups. The location in New Albany could not have been better - super cool artsy town, and the loft reflected the vibe of the area. Owners were so accommodating and helpful. Seriously, this rental is as good as it gets!

In the middle of the action
Location is prefect. Right in the middle of New Albany downtown where everything is walking distance. No shortage of things to do. And the owners are super helpful with suggestions of things to do, even during covid time. The loft was great. Very spacious and fit my entire group of 13+ people. Has Foosball and pool tables for great gaming fun. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay around Louisville area

Family Thanksgiving
My family all met here for thanksgiving. The loft is a really cool space. Everyone enjoyed the large kitchen, living area and the game room upstairs. The patio was great for grilling & having cocktails. There’s a little squirrel that is real friendly out there as well! We cooked thanksgiving dinner here & the kitchen was stocked with lots of cooking items. The only real issue we had was the stairs to the top floor are really steep, the elevator doesn’t go up to the third floor, some of my older uncles had a difficult time getting to the game room. Communication with the owners was great & easy! I would certainly recommend staying here if you are traveling to New Albany or Louisville!

Interesting and fun loft
Had a lovely girls weekend in the loft. Spacious, interesting, and spotlessly clean. Lots going on in the walkable neighborhood with weddings across the street in the old theatre, varied dining choices (we didn't cook at all!), unique shopping, and cool architecture. We usually choose a rural setting for our girls weekend, but this was a nice change.

Perfect spot for Louisville events!
This is the second year we've rented this house, and we love it! It's the perfect home for my team while we are exhibiting at the Kentucky Expo Center. It's close to Louisville, but located in the heart of New Albany where we can walk a block or two to bars and restaurants. Love this place!

Loved the Loft
A unique place to stay with a fun mural outside the door. The place was clean, the air conditioning worked well for such a large space as it was in the 90's when we were there. We loved congregating on the outdoor roof. The kitchen was nicely stocked with items. The owners were receptive to questions and the location was great. My only caveats are the stairs are quite steep. There is an elevator to the second floor but not the third. The library is not an actual room but a nook by the stairs which did not afford for much privacy. Also there are no curtains in that room or the game room so at night the light did shine in on the people who where in the rooms. The other rooms were fine.

Perfect place to stay!
A group of us visited in Louisville area for a weekend of golf, and distillery tours. This loft was perfect both in location, and size. There were so many areas for us to hang out, such as the roof outdoor area, the game room with pool table and foosball table, and even in the alley filled with murals. We were minutes from some awesome golf courses, downtown Louisville, a short drive away from distilleries such as Woodford and Buffalo Trace. The town of New Albany was awesome and more than welcoming! The restaurants that we ate at were excellent, the coffee shops were great, and the bars were solid as well. We are looking forward to visiting again, and appreciate Matt and Jess being the perfect hosts! Thank you again!
