The home is a newly remodeled shotgun house located in a great launching spot for area activities. Spacious and comfortable, you'll find it a lovely space to unwind and relax after a busy day whether it is work or play. Awake refreshed and ready for a day exploring the city via this clean, sunny home. Head out and wander through the nearby market, art galleries, shops, bars and restaurants. The property is adjacent to an urban butterfly farm!

The first floor has a large living room, one bedroom, the kitchen and dining area, and the bathroom. The other two bedrooms are upstairs. The bathroom is off the kitchen. Outside is a private courtyard with table and chairs, a gas grill, and a small fountain.

Located in the Shelby Park/Germantown area of Louisville, the neighborhood is quiet and walkable. The Logan Street Market is a 30 second walk, and many great bars and restaurants are also an easy walk. Parking is on the street in front of the house. There's a bike share kiosk one block away.

Kentucky Derby House
A group of us came to Louisville for the Kentucky Derby and 3 of us stayed at this home. It was in a nice clean neighborhood with plenty of bars within walking distance and Logan Street Market across the street. Our favorite place was La Pana Bakery y Cafe. It had the most amazing pastries for breakfast. A little hole in the wall with a line of locals waiting. It was a treat. The house itself was spacious. As described it had one bedroom on the ground level and 2 upstairs. The one bathroom is off the kitchen fairly central to the 3 rooms. The best part is it is a less than 15 minute drive to everywhere: Churchill Downs, Main St, the Airport, etc. Drew was easy to get a hold of and responded to my questions right away. Highly recommend, would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Lovely home in a lively neighborhood
The house suited us perfectly with plenty of space to spread out. The market across the street draws a fun crowd and provides plenty of places to get a bite to eat or just hang out.

Cool house, cool neighborhood
Cute, clean house. Nice neighborhood. Walk across the street to get coffee and breakfast. Walk down the street for a craft beer. Quick ride share anywhere. Easy on street parking.

Excellent House!
Drove down from Chicago for the weekend. Had an amazing time staying at the house. Very well decorated, super clean, and great for a guys trip! Awesome location and great to have Logan St. Market right across the street! Will definitely be back!

Very nice place near Shelby Park
Lots of cool neighborhood bars and eateries within a few minutes walk. The property is well appointed and clean. The market across the street has some basic food supplies and various vendors. Liked the butterfly conservatory next door. The street out front can be a little busy, and we did hear a freight train a few blocks away in the overnight hours. I have to admit the neighborhood looked a little sketchy upon first arrival, but after venturing out and walking throughout the area several blocks in all directions one can see the area is full of people who are committed to maintaining and improving the homes. Would definitely use this property again!
