Welcome to The Cozy Condo! Why stay in a hotel when you can have 1300 square feet of space. 2 bedrooms, 2 ½ baths with dining room and secret playroom! The patio even has a putting green great for kids and adults. (Putters provided) The large master with en suite, walk-in closet and balcony has a King size bed. 2nd bedroom has 2 twins that can be pushed together for a king if desired. 2 twin blow up beds and pack n play are available. Very cozy, cabin style décor with wood floors and electric fireplace. Fully stocked kitchen and linens. Play room under the stairs filled with barbies, beaning babies, books and a chalk board!

*Kentucky Derby Stay
Our stay here was awesome! The rooms are very spacious. You can’t beat the location for the derby and other fun activities. There were lots of great restaurants around too. The decor was updated and the place was extremely clean.

Nice quiet townhouse
Very nice townhouse. Huge master bedroom, 2 small singles in other room and a pullout couch. Comfortable beds, has all the kitchen amenities, close to Wal-Mart. Nice quiet area.( but no whirlpool tub as it said) but we really enjoyed our stay!
