Property needs a facelift and some TLC. There was construction tape at the main entrance but never saw anyone working in it. Back door is not automatic so that is difficult to use when carrying your luggage in and out. Property was clean but things like hanging paint off the ceiling definitely masked that. Towel, cleaning and trash service is by request only, for the guest safety? Questionable. Seems like a staffing issue to me.

This property needs lots of upgrading. Our room was just okay. The tub did not drain; the room didn’t “feel” clean or inviting at all. If we could have found another hotel we would have; however we were there for PGA tournament and no other hotels available. You couldn’t enter the front door to the building. Instead, a sign routed us to the back door. There was only one person on duty; if he was away from desk there was no help available for questions.

The front door was under renovation at the time of our stay. If you do not mind staying at hotel that not up to date. The breakfast danishes were stale, otherwise the breakfast was decent. You can not beat the beat the cost.

You could tell they were hiding flaws in the stucco in the pool area & bathrooms with fresh coats of paint. Overall, the rooms were clean, water was hot & the shower didn’t back up which seems to be a problem with hotels lately. We would stay here again.

This property is under a renovation and guests are directed to use the rear door. I set my filters online to find a hotel with a pool. It was closed indefinitely. I selected a room with a jacuzzi in-suite. They put me in a different room. I complained about it to the front desk clerk and she told me that I had the room that I had paid for. I will not be returning to this property ever again.

They have nice picture of pool, and booked mainly for the hot tub. BOTH pool and hot tub closed not both days there. Coffee first day was very bad tasting and weak. The second morning the coffee was a light yellow out of machine. Went to McDonalds next door for coffee both days.

The hotel itself is very nice! Very clean affordable rates! Nice pool! And a great breakfast! However we stayed in room 225! It’s right next to the guest washer and dryers ! And a stairwell! The door to the stairs the hydraulic stopper on the back was broken so all night long every 20 minutes when somebody would come in and out that door, you would hear a humongous bang in our room! So you can’t sleep at all! Walls paper thin! You can hear guests coming in and out of their room! Or shutting the doors to their bathrooms! Overall the hotel was nice for the price! Just ask for a room in the middle of the hotel! And never on the ends!

We went to get in the pool and got tube even called them about it when we got there pool was cold and hot tube was broken very disappointed should of told me when i called about it

Great place to stay.
Stayed 3 nights. The hotel was clean and quiet. The staff was friendly. The bed was comfortable. The super small square pillows on the king bed was not ideal. There is construction going on in the front of the hotel so you enter through the back, this was not a big deal at all. We had plenty of parking to choose from. Did not use the pool but we did look at it and it looked nice and clean. The area was nice with several restraunts and shopping near by.

For the rate we paid per night we were content. We just think the overall establishment could be a little better upgraded. We were just up staying at this same hotel about a month ago and the front lobby entrance was still closed for construction. We would have liked for the pillows to be bigger.

I was not pleased at All by the hotel I booked it for my niece's birthday party the whole point of staying at the hotel was to go swimming in the indoor pool in the hot tub when I got to the pool area it was freezing cold in the inside and the hot tub was shut down so that kind of defeated the whole purpose of going there to begin with the kids got the only swim for less than an hour because they were freezing to death no one ever mentioned to me that the hot tub was down and I had called the morning before and spoke to them about my reservation still no one had mentioned that to me my niece was very disappointed and so are the rest of the kids
