Grill worked great, all other appliances were good as well. Have your housekeeper check the shampoo and soap bottles after each stay. 2-3 of ours were empty. Otherwise we had an exceptional visit. We had a group of three couples and it was the perfect set up for us. We loved the special amenities—hot tub, fire pit, poker table. The entire house was so well organized. There were small things throughout that made it clear how much the owners have given thought and planning to being good hosts (I.e.: towels for hot tub right next to door leading outside). The location is good to traveling to different areas of Kentucky’s bourbon trails. Close to many, not far from any. Extra travel tip—great bourbon pours are actually available at the brewery in this town, which is within walking distance of this house. ##### Melissa Y. We really enjoyed the basement - pool table and poker table room. We spent a lot of time playing games and visiting here. There was space for all of us to find our spot. The neighborhood was nice and friendly. We found this convenient to run to Louisiville (30 min), Frankfort (35 min) and Cincy (90 min). The upstairs was a bit warm so we turned the AC down but the 1st floor and basement were really cold. There were lots of amenities. Communication was great with the host. Three full baths was also nice for 5 adults. With the heat during our stay, we didn't get to take advantage of the outdoor spaces as much. We highly recommend this place. ##### Ben S.
