Fully furnished walkout basement. Large open living space with large industrial style cooking space to enjoy meals, conversations, and a great time. Upstairs Master bed suite has Queen size bed with full bathroom and Jacuzzi. Total of four bedrooms upstairs including master suite. One has a full size, another a queen size bed, and the bonus room has two singles. The downstairs master suite has a queen bed. Office is available with a computer or for reading and music pleasures. Fireplace warms the living area with High Def TV. Deck available for barbecuing and relaxing. Located in well lite area, very quiet, with police monitoring. Twenty minutes away from Churchill Downs, Downtown, and the Ohio River. Fifteen minutes from Bourbon Trail. Perfect for Kentucky Derby, travelers looking to celebrate events, family, and alike are welcome.

The property was immaculate and extremely comfortable for everyone. There were 3 issues though: 1. The dishwasher was not attached to the countertop and could be easily overbalanced when the door was opened. 2. The fridge freezer leaked a little bit when we checked to see if the icemaker was working or not.3. We could not find any scissors in the kitchen and could have really used it in our prepping of food. Otherwise everyone was so happy that the property was centrally located to every distillery that we wanted to go to. Thank you for helping us make our stay there safe and fun. We only wish that we would have taken some photos at this house, but at the end of a long day, we were just appreciative of comfortable place to crash. Thank you, again!!! :)

This is a nice house. yes, family friendly, games for kids, pool table in basement. The surfaces we dealt with were clean, someone else said the house could use a deep clean. I agree. while the floors were clean, we looked under the sectional for something we lost, lots of dust etc there. The freezer side if the refrigerator leaked, we mopped it up and it didn't leak again while we were there. Maybe the drain can't handle the condensation during the defrost cycle. The owner responded to all questions quickly. There was plenty of seating, beds, baths for our family of 7. we had enough dishes for our needs. The neighbor is quiet and family oriented. We would rent again.

Great place !

My family really enjoyed this house! We had so much fun playing pool!! The house could use some updating and could definitely use a deep clean, but we had a very nice stay! Our only issues were no water from the fridge and no ice from the fridge so definitely make a trip to grab a bag of ice & water bottles if you plan on staying!!

Perfect fit for our team

We stayed for a month while working on a project at the replacement veterans hospital in Louisville. 5 guys and we had plenty of space. Nice quiet neighborhood and close to everything we needed. Tiffany (host) is a great communicator! Thank you for sharing your property with us.

Clean and Spacious Property

My friends and I booked this property so that we would have accommodations for all of us. The property was clean and spacious. The owner was very communicative. The stay was very smooth overall. Although we were a group of five adults, this property would be ideal for a family or families. Be aware that the property is about a 25 minute Uber ride from Main Street (and the listing does not suggest otherwise). Our group was happy to sacrifice proximity to Main Street in order to have spacious accommodations.

Great Place to stay for wedding, Churchill Downs, etc!

We had nine people staying in the house and had plenty of room. Given the number of people staying at the house, we enjoyed that there were three full baths and one half bath. There was an adequate amount of kitchen gadgets for our needs. The bathrooms were well stocked with towels and wash rags. There are lots of restaurants, clothing stores, and grocery stores near this house. We were attending a wedding near downtown Louisville and went to Churchill Downs while we stayed here. It took us about 25-30 minutes to get to either place. We had three cars and could probably have fit one more in the driveway. Some of the paint and carpet needs a bit of freshening up, but it was not a big deal. We would defiantly stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay

There were 9 of us (all adults) that came down for a Kentucky bourbon trail tour weekend. We all fit comfortably in the house. Tiffany was very responsive. There were minor things that we think could have gone better or been done better, but we had an overall enjoyable experience and would stay again.

Comfy and warm but needs deep cleaning.

Everyone enjoyed an opportunity to get together. We had a good time. The home is in a nice neighborhood and had what we needed. The house could use a deep cleaning on carpet, wood floors, and windows. Furniture needed dusting especially downstairs and behind furnishings. Cleaners need to check for trash and items. Additional lighting in the bedrooms would help to navigate the rooms in the dark (i.e. bedside lamps) Make sure all Television equipment are located to operate the tv's

Cousins trip to Louisville

The house was clean and there was ample room for the family, however no main floor master. It is conveniently located between downtown Louisville and Bardstown for bourbon tasting and easy to get to. We had a great time.

Wonderful home for our group

Father-Son group weekend

Our group of 8 adults consisted of two generations (3 dads and 5 sons) of men who devoted the weekend to bonding and rebuilding connections that have been hard to maintain over recent years of "life". This house offered the perfect setting for all in our group to relax, take comfort and stretch out, engage in multiple group activities (card-playing, pool table, life discussions, etc) as well as provided a wonderful space for all to relax with stories and bourbon on Saturday evening after enjoying a combo horse farm-bourbon distillery tour. Can't say enough positive things about this vrbo house and Louisville as a destination getaway.

Spacious common areas for gathering

We enjoyed Christmas with our adult children and spouses. The house has a large kitchen and living room for gathering. We enjoyed the pool table and the lower level gathering area as well. The host is super.
