The maximum amount of dogs allowed at our rental is 2. We also have a weight restriction of dogs no more than 50 pounds. The dog must be housebroken -- no puppies. We do not allow pets on the furniture or beds and we ask that while staying at our rental, you please enforce these rules. The animal must not be left unattended inside the rental or tethered outside. Also, it is your responsibility to ensure that the pet's barking is not disruptive to neighbors. Please pick up after your pet when it goes to the bathroom outside. Please bring your pet's towels (for wiping paws) and their pet bed (crate, if using). Please do not use our bath towels to wipe dirt, mud, etc. off their paws. Our pet fee is a nonrefundable fee of $100\. The home was decorated with lovely Christmas decor and a beautiful Christmas tree. We felt so welcomed! The bedrooom setups were perfect with a variety of sleeping arrangements. The lakefront view was very pretty however we didn't use any of the amenities because we rented in December. The house was clean and the furniture comfortable. The layout was perfect for our family’s needs—plenty of bedrooms and sleeping spaces to accommodate everyone comfortably. The kitchen was well-stocked and spacious, which made it easy to prepare all our meals together.One of the best parts was that we live close by and were able to bring three of our boats. The lake access made it easy to enjoy time on the water, and the highlight of the trip was teaching our four-year-old granddaughter how to kneeboard—such a sweet memory!The huge downstairs basement was a game-changer for us, especially with a one-year-old in a walker. It gave him lots of space to explore safely, and our 4 year old had plenty of room to play as well.It was the perfect home base for our family staycation. We only left the home one day to play outside of this property. Otherwise, we were there enjoying everyday.All of the water toys were enjoyed by the kids & adults. We lived on the dock fishing & swimming & kayaking. We added a few toys of our own, including a rented pontoon. We brought home forever memories! The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to cook full meals, which we did everyday. Bathrooms were very well stocked with supplies & linens. Bedrooms are furnished with current bed furnishings & linens. The entire house is decorated as a nice home should be. We felt welcome from the first step in the door. The screened porch js an amazing gathering place in the mornings and the evenings. We enjoyed the back deck so much & was able to enjoy being outside without insects or other nuisances.The basement has everything you could ever want for fun times. Our teenagers loved it!We just can’t say enough about this home! We will be back! On a quiet cul de sac the property overlooks a beautiful bay you can enjoy while sipping your morning coffe on the screened porch. For just the 2 of us the upper floor, was cozy and comfortable.
