"Tried to charge me 11$ more than the price I was given online when I made the reservation. I showed him the confirmation email and he then refused to rent me a room all together over me wanting him to honor the price I had already confirmed online. Did so by using various hand signs because his English was less than understandable. Terrible experience and the place appeared to be filthy going by what the parking lot and lobby looked like. I don't imagine the rooms being any better but never made it to one. Horrible experience. DO NOT BOOK OR STAY HERE. "

"Breakfast was robust (eggs/sausage/ham/waffles/cereal) but the same every day of our stay. Would have been nice to mix it up a bit. Rooms were fine, but 3 things were a problem for us. Some of this I should have checked on: 1) we had our handicapped son with it. The hotel only had double beds for sleeping 3, which are too small for a couple 2) no tub; only a shower. That's a problem when bathing my handicapped son 3) stupid sliding door on the bathroom. My son caught his fingers in the sliding door and it's much too noisy Probably won't stay here next time due to these 3 things. Again, these may not be issues for other travelers."

"The floor was so sticky. There were cigarette burns in all of the sheets. No towels were provided. Hardly any toilet paper. You had to turn the sink off and on from the shut off valve under the sink. Half of the curtain was nailed to the wall. Air conditioner heater only blew air and did not change temperature whatsoever. When I mentioned to the front desk above the heater in the morning, he said oh well you could’ve come and asked me for a space heater. Also, he tried charging me $55 and I had to make him honor the amount charged on the Expedia app."
