"We stayed here for 3 nights as part of a broader trip through Germany as we toured Rugen And Usedom. This is a remote hotel within walking distance to the Baltic Sea in the quaint little small town of Devin. The rooms are a decent size for Germany and they were clean and comfortable. The staff spoke little English but were very accommodating and helpful. The restaurant was one of our favorites in Germany with exceptional schnitzel! it was five stars! Would definitely stay here again."

"What we Ioved was the saunas available to.everyone, the breakfast included and the closeness to the beach! What was very disappointing was the gym/fitness with their limited equipment. The meals are very delicious - highly recommend getting the buffet dinner!"

Frequently asked questions

What is the best area to stay in Losentitz?
The best area to stay in Losentitz is the central village, particularly around the main road, Dorfstraße.

This area is the heart of Losentitz, offering easy access to its key features. Dorfstraße runs through the village, connecting the various guesthouses and the local equestrian centre. It's a quiet area, surrounded by open countryside and close to the Bodden coast.

Couples looking for a peaceful retreat will find this area ideal. The guesthouses here often provide a comfortable and private setting, with opportunities for quiet walks or bike rides through the scenic landscape. The proximity to the Bodden also means lovely views and a sense of being away from it all.

For families, staying in the central village is also an excellent option, especially if travelling with children who enjoy outdoor activities. The guesthouses often have gardens or nearby open spaces for children to play, and the equestrian centre offers horse riding experiences suitable for various ages.
When is the best time to go to Losentitz?
The best time to visit Losentitz is during the late spring (May to early June) or early autumn (September to early October).

These periods offer pleasant weather, with comfortable temperatures ideal for exploring the natural beauty of Mecklenburg. You'll find fewer crowds compared to the peak summer months, allowing for a more relaxed experience. The landscapes are particularly appealing during these times, with fresh greenery in spring and colourful foliage in autumn.

For those interested in outdoor activities like hiking and cycling, these months provide the great conditions without the intense heat of mid-summer or the chill of winter.
