"The staff we interacted with was amazing. We mainly interacted with the evening staff and she was helpful and spoke great English. Also, we did room service 1 night and the recommendation of the lamb was so tender it fell off the bones. Great!!!! The only small issue is the EV charging was not hooked up properly so we had to use an extension cord versus the charger noted as being onsite."

"The location is in a small village in the mountains and driving in and out is not easy. The property itself is a bit dated but is very charming. The staff and service were excellent. Note that the price does not include breakfast. We stayed on the third floor and internet was unavailable le in the room - we had to go down to the lobby for internet connection. "Beautiful building with a gorgeous flowering almond tree on the front terrace. The sound of the Tech river from my balcony is magic. Excellent bed and linens. The breakfast is good (11 Euros) but the tea and coffee are awful due to the chlorinated water. "Ambient music" in the reception area, bar and dining room is annoying noise. Very friendly service."
