Inside, is a large space with vaulted ceilings. Walked everywhere, lots of places to eat, shop, visit and explore. The building is secure and the attendants are keeping an eye out for your safety…since homeless people are everywhere downtown…no matter how far you stay from skidrow. The rooftop was great. The loft was clean and very spacious. The host and owner were both very friendly. I would say my only complaint is the parking situation but that’s to be expected in a large downtown area. But it’s FREE so you can come and go as many times a day as you desire and don’t have to worry about paying for it each time. I would most definitely stay there again over a hotel. Several restaurants and cafes are within short walking distances (if not on the same block) along with a food truck right around the corner. A CVS at one end of the street and a couple of convenience stores right by the building. I’m all about conveniences. You won’t be disappointment with your stay. ##### Cara N. We were in LA for a hockey game at Crypto.com arena. Jordi's place served the purpose very well. It was easy to find, check in and park. There were tons of places to eat and see in the area as well and we didn't feel unsafe at any time. The condo itself was even better than we'd hoped. It was very large and spacious and the pull out couch was very comfortable (so said our 23 year old daughter, hah!). It was also well equipped with all appliances and dishes you'd need for your stay including a Keurig AND drip coffee pot. The entire condo was exceptionally clean and comfortable. and the AC worked very well. There were no views from the condo, but the roof top was excellent. We were literally only there to sleep, so the views didn't matter. Jori and his partner had some of the fastest communication I've ever experienced with any property rental as well. Concierge staff were amazing and made us feel very welcome. The location was unbeatable, right in the heart of the action. The host was incredibly communicative and responsive, making the check-in and check-out process seamless. From the moment we booked the property, communication with both the owner, (Jordi) and property manager (Manny) was seamless and efficient, making the entire process stress-free. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a clean and well-maintained property that exuded a sense of comfort and relaxation. The rental was spacious, providing ample room for our group to move around freely and feel right at home. The security team at the lobby ensured that we were safe while waiting for our Uber ride for an early departure to the airport or when we leave or arrived late. It added comfort and peace of mind during our stay at the property. One of the standout features of this rental was its prime location. Situated in downtown LA, we found ourselves within walking distance of various stores, restaurants, and attractions, including the Crypto.com Arena where we attended KCON 2024\. This convenient accessibility allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in the vibrant energy of the city without any hassle. Overall, our experience at this VRBO vacation rental property was nothing short of exceptional. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in downtown LA.
