"Clean room, great stay "

"Our multiple night stay was excellent! The staff was welcoming and very helpful! If we could, we would give staff member EJ ten stars!! He was awesome! He gave us helpful tips navigating DC, gave us a list of places to eat; was just overall helpful and patient with our questions. The hotel was very clean and pleasant overall. It was a short drive from DC, yet just far enough. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!"

"Awful service. The room had a bad smell & they did nothing about it saying it’s because the AC hasn’t been running prior to check in. I requested an extra towel and they never brought it to my room. I’m expecting someone to reach out to me about this experience "

"Our bathroom door would not lock."

"Overall, the hotel was quite clean, the continental breakfast was satisfactory, and the staff was very friendly. However, there appeared to be an issue with a sewage odor in the bathroom. After showering, a strong smell would develop, which made it necessary to keep the bathroom door closed in order to remain comfortable in the room. If it weren’t for this issue, I would have rated the hotel much higher."

"Stay was fine overall. They put my two dogs and I in an end room close to a stairway. An honestly great touch because I was able to take them in and out easily without interfering with the main lobby traffic. Rates were good, room was clean. The free breakfast left a lot to be desired. There was nothing warm, and no protein at all except cold hard boiled eggs. Not even powdered scrambled eggs. Maybe that's fine for most, but I find cheap carbs to be the worst thing you can have for breakfast. I could have written it off if they had the standard hotel waffle maker, but none of those either. It's really the bare minimum to legally be allowed to call it breakfast."

"I booked a room with a walk in shower. I was given a room with bath tub. I fell in a bath tub before when i was younger and it was a painful experience. I called front desk right away to ask why am getting something else than what booked. His response was let me see what i can do and call you back. He never did. I consider this poor customer service. Also yesterday Friday Housekeeping got into my room mid day after knocking once and not waiting to be allowed in. I was in there. I asked for towels and said she should not do the room. When she brought the towels she didnt knock in. She walked in to put the towels and even started picking up trash. I feel my privacy was invaded. Overall not a positive experience."

"The front desk staff when I arrived at 5:30pm was rude to everyone she had an attitude. I believe her name was Lori. I remember it started with an L. The room was decent, but only 1 working elevator for the entire hotel was horrible. I waited 30 minutes and I finally gave up getting to breakfast because of it. The cleaning staff and and the guests having to make the most of the 1 elevator. "
