With open plan living upstairs. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry downstairs. The master bedroom has 1 queen size bed, the second bedroom has 1 double bed and a set of bunks, the third bedroom has a set of bunks. All modern amenities include TV, DVD, CD player, combustion and gas heaters, microwave, dishwasher, auto washer, garage. Relax on the deck, enjoy expansive views, have a BBQ. Stroll to beach and shops. Excellent holiday accommodation. Only a maximum of 6 people may stay here, please. Linen is not provided, you will need to bring sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Doonas and pillows are provided. Please note: Minimum 7 night stays 26/12-30/1 4 night minimum Easter long weekend The unit is part of complex known as Nirvana - there are permanent residents and it is expected that guests respect this. The bathrooms had recently been renovated and the kitchen was well appointed. There was plenty beds but we had to bring our own sheets, blankets, pillows and towels which was minor in comparison to the accommodation. Some doonas and blankets were provided. I was surprised that there were no bath mats. The heating was great so it would be great to visit in the colder months. The hill into town which was only 150 metres but very steep, especially on the way home.
