Located just 10 minutes walk from the hyper center of Lorient, this superb 36m2 T2 has the advantages of the city center without its drawbacks thanks to its exceptional geographic location between Les Halles de Merville and the famous submarine base (Base camps for many racing boats). The apartment is located on the ground floor of a small 2-storey building in a very pleasant street served by buses (bus stop 50m) and with many shops nearby (supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, tobacco bar, restaurants ... ). Also an oyster knife. The fresh marekt is just a few walking minutes away. You find fish, fruits, cheese, all ypu need. Right around the corner is a traditional creperie.
