"Staff were extremely kind and helpful and spoke English. Food was delicious. Area around hotel was beautiful. Gym was still under construction but pool and jacuzzi were open as well as rooftop restaurant and bar and the ocotillo restaurant downstairs. My friend had a wedding on the beach and reception on rooftop of Cordelia. Excellent food and service. "

"We loved our stay at Hotel Angra. The staff were kind, helpful, and kept our room and the hotel in general impeccably clean. They have water stations throughout to refill water and make coffee in your room. They replenish the coffee and toiletries daily. We slept great; the bed is firm but comfortable, the blackout curtains work great, and the super-powered ceiling fan kept the room cool and the noise out. The hotel is in the middle of the city, so there are city noises (and chickens!). With the ceiling fan on we didn't hear a thing. We stayed in March and only needed the a/c once a day in the evening to cool things off. They have gated parking but you need to get out of your car to open the gate after hours; the staff is great about opening it for you during the day. The entrance was a little hard to find, but it's right across the street from the gas station. You get a key for the gate for after-hours use. The hotel is about .7 miles from the main public square with tons of local restaurants. It's very safe and we walked back and forth multiple times a day every day. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a vacation in Loreto."
